Episode Summary

Jerry Hall and Allison Frye discussed their experiences with mental health, their children, and Thomas's Desire, a short story about Jerry's son Thomas, who was born profoundly deaf and autistic and was able to get his driver's license. Jerry also shared his mission to provide hope and strategies to people so they can make their goals and dreams come true. They also discussed their pets and the importance of Autism Awareness Month. Jerry and his wife had to learn sign language and find resources to help Thomas thrive.  Jerry now runs the New Millennial Success Academy to help others reach their goals and change their lives.

Jerry Hall and his wife supported their family through adversity, and his son Thomas achieved his goal of getting a driver's license despite everyone thinking it was impossible. Through hard work and determination, Thomas was able to buy a car and get his license, inspiring Jerry to write a story about it and start his Success Academy.

Jerry Hall discussed how his son's success inspired him to redefine his definition of success and create a guide for others to follow. He identified eight key commonalities that can help people become successful, such as developing a strong desire, having faith, positive self-talk, making a definite decision, specialized knowledge, a plan, persistence, and a mastermind group.

Jerry Hall discussed his experience with his son Thomas and how it changed his life and the lives of his family. He encourages people to focus on their own lives and make a positive impact in their own small part of the world. He also discussed the importance of giving more than taking.
