4 Ways to Use Crone Energy to Shift Your Business and Life

How was your weekend? What was it like for you? Ours was pretty full actually. The garden needed a little pick me up and, some of the seedlings went in, that had been in the greenhouse. So it's been really really good but the weather's been weird. It's been hot, it's been cold, it's been hot, it's been cold. So I think me and the seedlings were all trying to figure it out. So anyway, enough about that. I hope you had a great weekend as much as you can, with everything happening in the world and let's get into the weekly wisdom. Okay.

Also, welcome if you're new here. I appreciate you a lot. So I wanted to talk today about 4 ways that you can use Krone energy in your life and your business. So I took notes, but I don't want the speaker to pick that up. So if I look down here, that's why. Okay. So number 1, it depends upon your belief system. I believe in it.

Speaker B [00:01:08]:
It's how I work with my life, and my work actually. So when you think of these, we'll say like this trifecta of, of, not personalities, but ways of being, In my belief, there is the maiden, there is the mother and there's the crone. Now we don't need to take this very literally. Okay. I'm a dog mama but I'm not a human or being mama in in that sense, right? So we I feel like a lot of us can embody these ways for ourselves that are unique to us. We might nurture in some ways. We're going to crone, we're going to talk about that in a second. In some ways.

Speaker B [00:01:50]:
Sometimes we're a kid, right? So I wanted to bring this up. So let's just start there as a foundation. When we think of being like a made in, and you don't even have to gender this again, let's just think of it as being kind of playful, exploring, fun, loving, joyful, blissful, all those things. Okay. That's kind of how I look at that energy. Very curious, very willing to just try new shit, see what happens. Also maybe needing to be taken care of too sometimes. Okay.

Speaker B [00:02:20]:
Now, speaking of, let's talk about this mothering or maybe nurturing energy. We also, as adults, need to be taken care of. Okay. So, and at the same time, when we do that, we'll say parenting or caretaking role, we're also doing the caring of. Okay. That's pretty self explanatory. Now This crone energy, again, I don't want to spoil everything on the front end, but this is kind of, in some of my readings, it's like, it's, I don't want to say the later stages in life, but your roles have shifted or you've shifted or you've gone through your different experiences and you go, this is where my wisdoms come through. Okay? Which is kind of what this whole business is built on actually over the years.

Speaker B [00:03:01]:
So anyway, let's look at that. My first tip, I want you to be all 3. I know that kind of threw it off, but let's be honest. Let's be all 3. There's times where we need to be playful and joyful. I'm still working on that. I'll fully admit that. There are times I'm very good at mothering or nurturing, because it's just my way, in some way shape or form.

Speaker B [00:03:24]:
But the crone energy is also pulling in that intuition again, pulling in that wisdom, alignment, all those things. Okay. So let me look at number 2. Oh, I like this one. I had to think on this one. And also, I wanna say, a a I don't wanna say a fan, but a buddy will say out in the ethers wanted to know more about this. So that's why we're bringing it up today. Ask FSW.

Hashtag Ask FSW. So the second tip I want to give you is, I don't want to gender it, but in some way shape or form. The gaze goes down and your intention goes up. Meaning sometimes like in our younger years, we're figuring ourselves out. Right? We figure out what's important to us. Stupid ass truck. We figure out what I had to pause that for a second. A truck went by.

Speaker B [00:04:23]:
Their engine's loud. Anyway, I wanted to say that we when we don't know ourselves, sometimes we don't know what our roots are, or we don't know how to root ourselves, even when we're all souls. Okay. Because this world is what this world is. But the reality is sometimes we, are performing. Okay. And I don't want to say the male gaze, although patriarchy is a very real thing, but you know, just like the people pleasing, the way of being in this world where we give up parts of ourselves in some way, shape, or form to make sure that we're like loved, taken care of, great work structure, all those things. Right? Okay.

Speaker B [00:05:06]:
I'm oversimplifying, so just know that. Okay? But when we don't give a about the gays anymore, and especially if we're doing our own business, we're our brand, so to speak. We are our own boss. We are our own leadership. We are our own management. So it's a it's a hefty lift in some ways, but it's also kinda beautiful because we get to choose what gaze we're a part of and what we don't even give a fuck about anymore. Okay? So that means our intentions, not crone energy, they go up. They're the focus.

Speaker B [00:05:35]:
Right? And again, I'm simplifying a lot. I don't mind unpacking this in a different way if you need that. But when we can be all 3, like tip number 1, number 2, we decide when we need to pupil please, so to speak, or if we're just freaking done with that. If we're done with that. Paper's coming out of speaker. Watch out. Okay, so when we get to decide what our intentions are very consciously. That's what experience does to you.

Speaker B [00:06:05]:
That's what maturing does to you. You get to decide what's yours, what's not yours. Okay? How's that land? Alright, so number 3. Related to it is when you sense bullshit or games, man, I'll tell you I'm over them anymore. I mean, I didn't like them anyway, but you know, I think again when you don't know your own roots versus somebody else's roots or a work situation's roots, you don't you don't know which way is up sometimes. Okay? Or you're just surviving. Let's own that and that's okay. Okay? So, when you sense the bullshit anymore and you have the resources or the privilege or the ability, whatever you want to call it, to back away from that and you do, that's crone energy.

Speaker B [00:06:53]:
That's crone energy. We can't always do it, right, in our life. But again, when we do our own business, we get to decide who's in our orbit. We get to decide who's in our circle. We get to say, oh, oh, hell no. You just took advantage of my time. I don't think so. Or get your shit together and then come visit me then.

Speaker B [00:07:11]:
Right? Again, there's so many different experiences or scenarios I can share with you, but it's like we get to decide when our time is getting wasted, our energy, our resources, all of that, for a thing that might not be in alignment. Krone Energy says this is not in alignment. Moving on. Thanks so much. Cheers. Okay. Number 4, this one's again, we, I feel we always need mentorship, champions, sponsors. Okay.

But as we shift into maybe not knowing our roots, maybe at a younger age or in different experiences, because us old souls, we're freaking old souls at the age of, like, 4. Okay? So so we work on that early. Okay? But we become the mentors in a lot of ways. We become the guides. We become the teachers. Not that we don't need teaching or guides ourselves. I have a few of them, and they're my near and dears, and I appreciate them deeply. So I still have them.

Speaker B [00:08:14]:
But I have decided now at this point in my life, over the last few years with the business to showing up in a whole new way. I used to work for other people. Now I work for myself quite literally and figuratively. Okay. I work for the women and queer folks that I work for. That is who I work for. That is who I work with. That's who's in alignment with me.

Speaker B [00:08:36]:
Period. Okay. So when you think about this crone energy in your life, the roles that you have, are you a natural mentor? Are you a natural teacher or guide? Okay. That's personal life. But if you want to run a business, build it, see what happens there. What, what do you do for mentorship? What sings to you? Okay. What are you natural at? And yet you can't shut up about. And also how does this serve the world? This is all whole nother video and I could go off on it because this is some of my favorite stuff to do.

Okay. So marinate with these. These are the 4 tips. Okay. Be all of them. Play when you want to. Nurture when you want to. Nurture yourself, by the way.

I just thought about that, it could be a video itself. And then we are here for not dealing with bullshit when it's possible, when we can, when we can weave out of that, okay, when we know that it just doesn't serve us anymore. And then finally, when you think about mentoring, think about it from a crone way, Not just like healing other people just to heal people. Okay. Actually, let me just shush about that because that's a whole nother video. I'm going to write that down when I get back in the house. Okay. All right.
