I've been hitting "submit" on a lot of things, proverbially and literally... I didn't expect August to go by in a flash, and now we're moving towards Q4! The goal isn't to rush to the end of 2023, but when you have something in front of you -- the event, the application, the relationship -- and you want to "hit submit," the people around you matter. That's been one of the greatest lessons I've learned in the last year! And because we're more than our job titles, we need to have the conversation about our "care team."
The right people in your world can be life-changing, as many of us know from work and personal relationships and experiences. So, let's unpack that today! And one last note: thanks for tolerating Freya's debut (my big Mastiff puppy). She's happy to give her two cents for y'all!
