On this episode of CEO Amplify, we bring you valuable insights on goal setting, business optimization, and self-care for entrepreneurs. When a sudden life event brings us down, we need a way to make consistent progress without feeling overwhelmed. I want to encourage you: You do NOT need to do it all! Be honest with your difficulties and find a way to simplify your business without feeling guilty. The way to do this is to only focus on the tasks that you truly need to do. Review what is working in your business and let go of what is not working. Keep the things that you as the CEO have to do and pause or delegate the rest.
When your personal life gets busy, it is your responsibility to take care of yourself; no one can do this for you. Take time to step away, but also know when you're going to come back.
Avoid setting huge goals that you cannot realistically achieve. Focus on adding one habit to your routine at a time.
Advertising and social media would have you believe in a constant state of thriving and growth, but this is simply not realistic. Give yourself permission to take a break.
