I'm a dietitian and a personal trainer, and I focus on, really as I like to say, allowing people to enjoy the margaritas and the abs, which really just means allowing yourself to enjoy what you're eating and still enjoy your body and love what it is that you have. I really focus on that person and making that commitment, and helping them reach that new level of removing the weights, removing the emotional eating issues, the disease-inducing patterns, and really, just live life to its fullest, so that way we're not always trapped by some diet.
