How to Heal and Love Yourself with Janessa Finley

Janessa teaches people how to heal and love themselves with both mind-body techniques (such as emotional release) to knowing exactly what their blood labs are telling them, so they can extend the very best version of themselves to others and thus create deep, meaningful relationships.

She started her wisdom business after she felt once she had her relationship in a solid place her business would come together. It was days after getting engaged that the content, membership, and relationship coaching birthed itself.

Here’s Janessa’s advice to everyone who wants to start their own wisdom business:

“Just do it. Do not wait for the day when you think you know enough, are expert enough, popular enough, comfortable enough. You will learn so much as you go and there are tons of people out there who need what you have. Share it with the world!”
