Our guest for today is Michele Vilseck, she is a public speaker, writer, fitness instructor, and "Food coach who doesn't talk about food." She helps busy entrepreneurs and professionals stop stress eating and emotional eating and release the stubborn weight by rewiring their brains about food.
Michele started her wisdom business by having a mindset of “I CAN!”. She wanted to challenge herself whenever people tell “I CAN’T”. As a stay-at-home mom, she always thinks of something that she can do while taking care of her family. Starting from being a fitness instructor to coaching. After a more than 15 year battle, Michele reversed digestive pain and food sensitivities, which at one point had her eating only 5 foods, conquered her compulsive eating problem. Having this experience, Michele decided to create a course to help people struggling with stress which results in emotional eating.
