John Connors is an Irish actor, screen writer, documentary film-maker and human rights activist well known due to playing Patrick Ward in the Irish crime drama series "Love/Hate" and his latest film which he co-wrote the hugely successful "Cardboard Gangsters" Directed by Mark O'Connor. Connors was born in 1990 in London, United Kingdom to an Irish traveller family, but moved back to Ireland with his family when he was 11 months old. John took up acting when he was 20 years old on the advice from his younger brother Joseph in a bid to help John with his own battle with depression.
