00:03 Hello, hello, my name is Jenny and I am a high ticket sales on automation strategist and a sales copy optimization consultant. So I am so excited to be here today because I'm going to talk to you about how I was able to make over thirty thousand dollars in cash sales in under six weeks and how he actually did this from literally a handful of clients strategically moving through my offer suite, my back end funnels and my automation strategies so if you were here, let's just make sure you're in the right spot for this.
00:37 I work exclusively with B to B female coaches, consultants, done for you, service providers and in order for this strategy to work, you should have a proven high ticket offer, anything over a thousand dollars and it should have already earned at least three to five sales on a live launch. And if that's where you're at with your offers, then the next step is building out the back end to be able to make those types of sales every single month without doing any extra work and without having to show up on social media or write content or do anything extra everything from my content strategy, to my email marketing strategy, to my lead generation strategy, to my upsell strategy, to the delivery of my programs is pretty much all automated.
01:20 So what this does with my clients is when we set this back end up in their business, the goal is to add an additional a hundred thousand dollars onto their bottom line without sales calls, DM, ING or having to go live. And obviously in a span of six weeks, I was able to bring in over thirty thousand dollars in cash just by doing this and I want to walk you through this specific case study and what this actually looked like from my behind the scenes angle in my own business.
01:48 So I wanted to start by saying it all began with a 333$ offer, super low ticket so in other words, we're not here to do these 27 or 47$ master classes i know that that is the industry trend and of course I have that in my funnel, but that is not how I was able to make this kind of money. What people and what the industry is really craving right now is 1 to one support they have been pretty burned by a lot of these low ticket things that don't deliver.
02:17 I've definitely felt that way taking chances on joining people's offers that are low ticket only to have them kind of beaches, very fluffy sanctity free events they're also very fluffy usually. So to really bring somebody in in a one to one capacity and show them your skill sets and show them what you can do builds trust faster than almost anything else I can think of in the online space right now. So what I did is I came up with a 333$ offer that's not like a secret perfect number that you have to use. But the concept behind it is we're not selling this hands off master class and we are selling some sort of lower ticket support to give somebody a taste what it would be like working with you.
02:55 And after a few days, I raised that price by 100$ and ended the sale at 444$ with a few more people joining so in total, 7 people purchased this offer that's all just 7. So I made a couple thousand dollars off of the original launch, which by the way was on complete automation, but so a couple thousand dollars came in on automation through the sale. And what was most interesting is to give you the breakdown of the seven people, four of these people were brand new and had never purchased from me before.
03:30 So more than half and even more interesting, four of those people were also at least 6 figure or multi 6 figure earners. So one of the things that I really harp on in my programs and with my private clients is that last year like twenty twenty three twenty twenty two twenty twenty one twenty twenty, all those years I really had an audience that was targeted toward newbies, people who are making under 3000$ to 5000$ a month.
04:00 Now a lot of my programs beyond my copy program are tailored toward higher earners. And the way I was able to transition into working with obviously, as you can see, a majority of my clients being 6 figure plus earners is through really highly potent copy. And how I'm able to get more than half of these people to be cold leads and take a chance on me for 333$ without ever having worked with me before is by writing copy in a very specific way designed for, one, automation and two, to speak to a cold lead.
04:33 Which is why more than half of my sales were from cold strangers in my audience. And using that copy, four of those people were also high earners and they were not the same people so it wasn't that all the new people were 6 figure earners and it was a mix so some of them are new and some of them were six figures. I think it was three of the new people were also 6 figure earners one of them was AVP client who was a six figure earner. So it's not just they're all from the same category so it that really is the diversification here of understanding how to write copy or high earners and cold leads in your audience so that you can put your programs and sales like this on automation have a few thousand dollars commit.
05:19 So what ended up happening was by the end of the six weeks and it was just the amount of money that came specifically from these seven people from this flash sale so there were not necessarily major prior purchases from even the repeat clients that came in anytime within the past several months so I kind of counted that as like a fresh, a fresh clean slate of these 333$ offers. So one of those clients within the six weeks upgraded into my Multi 5 Figure 1 to one program. That was the biggest sale they paid it in full. And so that was in cash really, really quickly.
05:59 But then it was really interesting of these seven people, only two of those people did not buy another offer from me in the next six weeks. One of them was a past client who tends to jump in and out of my programs as they find something that sounds fun, which is awesome. And another person was a newer lead to my audience who just was not at the stage of business yet to be ready for a lot of my higher end programs and the strategies that I teach in there so that one was not a bad thing either so every other person bought something else within those six weeks.
06:36 2 of them, three of them. Three of them technically went directly into the program i launched the week after. Another one added on a program to it, another one added on two of my other offers that were in my offer suite, and another one jumped in on another flash sale that I ran within that six weeks so in total it was over 34 thousand dollars in cash received sales in a span of six weeks from those seven people. And now that past those six weeks we are far over thirty five thousand dollars in cash sales just directly linking back to those seven people.
07:18 Now here's how I do this. What ends up happening is when somebody comes into a container with me and we do some sort of hands on one to one really in depth content. I don't do these open Q and A calls. When somebody gets on a one to one call with me or some sort of 1 to one capacity there's always a theme and a topic and there are parameters around what we will be discussing on that call.
07:41 That is what really creates highly in depth results and trust is that we are really hyper focusing on one thing that they can walk away with and immediately implement. And because of that and the way I structure that support, that's why they feel confident joining other programs after. That's why they're impressed by the 1st in experience with me or interaction with me versus a lot of how the other pieces of like programs, sometimes with bonuses end up happening where it's just like get on a call with me.
08:15 That doesn't allow for a really in depth transformation because often those calls get off topic there's multiple things somebody wants to talk about. Nothing ever really gets sold. When you come into the call with a very pinpointed thing that you're working towards you walk away from the call with some sort of result or thing that you can immediately put into action. That's a key piece of getting clients to be able to stay on board with you long term because they are able to get that instant result or that instant.
08:44 Task or document or idea to move forward with whatever it may be that your one to one is about so after they got on that one to one again, I offered another program after that. Again, multiple people chose that. And then behind the scenes what ends up happening in my funnels is I have various upsells, down sells and cross sells into my entire offer suite now all this happens on automation. So what ends up what occurring is I have an automated sale for this 333 a bunch of people buy and then what ends up happening is over the next six weeks they go through my funnels and they purchase everything, or they purchase lots of things, or they purchase things from here and things from here and it all adds up.
09:25 This is what is missing behind the scenes of most businesses. It sounds really simple, like just send out a few emails to get them to upgrade into XYZ. But actually what I work with in my client groups and in my programs is we are building out an offer structure where having people buy like that on automation to make thirty thousand dollars in a span of six weeks, 34,000 thousand to exact, It's like 34,000 thousand two hundred or three hundred dollars to be specific but get people doing that. You have to build an offer suite that is very clear that you go from one offer to the next offer to the next offer, and you can bounce around between the offers there's not necessarily a hierarchical order to them, but that there are more offers that make sense to buy after another purchase.
10:08 So all of the offers are actually created to go together what most people do in this industry and what most coaches teach other people to do is to create an offer out of a whim. Create an offer because you feel like it. And what ends up happening is you have this disjointed offer suite where it doesn't make sense to go from one offer to the next because actually the worst case scenario that I see is a lot of those offers end up overlapping in content.
10:29 And when a client in the new in the new online space thinks that they are going to be taught the same thing they just paid thousands of dollars to learn either somewhere else or in another program that you that you created. They are not going to upgrade. They are not going to cross sell because why pay for something twice? So a lot of people try to do this strategy where they're like, OK, here's my big group offer i'm going to take one module out of that and turn it into a mini master class and sell that.
10:56 Your audience is really smart if they can figure out a way to buy all of your master classes and get every single module or most of the modules out of your group program. They're not going to upgrade into the group program because they just got a bunch of the content at the 47 dollars 27$ or a hundred dollars price point rate. This is where as an industry we are actually screwing ourselves over. So a lot of what the online space has taught you to do ends up creating a business model that limits your scalability and as a result and by product your profitability. So that's what I end up working with on my clients is to clean up their offer suite, build out a six figure automated funnel, teach them how to create these upsells, down sells, cross sells, behind the scenes on automation, and how to create entry point products that lead to clients being wildly happy in a 20 minute call or whatever.
11:48 To be able to feel safe enough to continue purchasing from you and having great experiences each at each level of that purchase. And that's how you stack the ability for a very small audience to become very wildly profitable. So again, seven people creating thirty four thousand dollars in cash in six weeks from a very small audience my audience is extremely small, but I bring in six figure profit margins every year because I am able to leverage high quality buyer psychology behind the scenes adult learning principles to make my programs really stand out and become effective and create that trust for the client to continue to purchase.
12:29 And we're using a lot of copywriting principles that are different than what the online space uses and leverages, which allows us to speak to that cold lead and to help them feel safe and confident purchasing without a DMA sales call or seen you live. That is how you create an automated back end system that allows you to make money while you sleep. Now what we are not doing necessarily is in this particular case that did not pump a bunch of ads into this to create these sales. This particular example is actually entirely organic, so this does not have to happen with a huge budget.
13:05 All it requires you to do is understand the psychological principles behind why somebody buys, why a cold lead would buy, and why you're using DMS or sales calls or live streams to compensate for the fact that your copy is not able to sell the program unless you do those things. When you really want to build an automated business model for twenty twenty five twenty twenty six, you really have to do the work now to be able to create an offer suite structure that's designed for that with a sales automated strategy that allows you to do those things and allows you to be hands off.
13:36 I set these things up once i tweaked them every month for data optimization, but once they are set up, I am not required to be there for the sale to happen. That's when you can truly step back in your business and start seeing really big income results. During this thirty four thousand dollar six week period, I had had a surgery and very invasive surgery in the hospital and then I also was on bed rest and unable to work for most of it. So I was really, really sick on a lot of medication and in that period of time this still happened.
14:08 That's because of how I set up my systems and I make them life proof. No matter what is going on in my personal life, no matters what is going on with my health or my family or or just like the industry, my business structure because it's automated is, is set up to run without me. And that is the point that is what allows me to step back in my business and not always be air quotes on all the time.
