By the end of this video, you'll know how to set up a mini course that expires, keep people hooked with gamified elements and turns your content into a momentum building experience that leads to real results and conversions.

I help coaches and course creators turn their contact into engaging gamified journeys but people actually finish and leave about. And with over one hundred twenty courses done and gamified all around the world, I'm really excited to share a couple of things with you in this presentation. 

01:12 So I'm curious, what's 1 course of three B you've created but you wish more people finished? Well, let's dive into a 3K ingredients that make expiring gamified mini courses so powerful and how you can using them today. 

01:31 First, urgency converts. Expanding content works. Adding a deadline to your mini course boosts engagement, urgency and completion because people pay more attention when they know time is running out. I didn't invent the expanding mini course strategy. It comes right from the founder of Expensify. But after building several of these courses for clients, I've seen incredible results first hands, especially with upselling conversion rates and engagement levels on an expanding mini course i recently helped a coach set up. They told me so a couple of things. The last course you just fixed for me, I showed it to two people. They both bought and is selling at 2023 hundred each and that means over 5000$ with two leads. 

02:33 Now that's not a typical result, but it shows the power of combining urgency with a simple high impact experience. And this matters because mostly magnets sit and touched, but when your content has an expiration date, it becomes a priority, not just a save for later. And that momentum leads to people right into your next offer. 

03:04 Second gamify the experience, make it fun to finish. Adding light gamification like tracking the walls, progress indicators makes your content more enjoyable and motivates people to keep going. Like inside Expensify which is a software recommend. You can add points, badges, sound effects, progress bars with no tech overwhelm in your course whatever software you're using, please award points when someone completes a lesson, drop a surprise bonus to Anchorage engagement and feedback, 

03:45 And then also play a celebration sound or a celebration on screen when they finish the final step. These little dopamine hits keep people engaged and coming back. And why this happened because we're wired for progress. When people feel like they're winning, even in small ways, they're more likely to stick with your content and remember your brand. 

04:12 And then use a specific setup, the easy button. So you don't need to be tech savvy or build from scratch we have tools like Expensify, but make setting up a gamified experiment course incredibly simple simple but in any case, whatever software you use, here's our other command. Create a three day section with short, actionable lessons that lead into your paid offer. Set each module to unlock daily with a 5 day access window. And by that I mean it's not a fake scarcity the students get out of the course when the countdown is at 0. It's a real deadline. And then offer the next step at the end, such an upsell or another course, a complementary call or just joining a waiting list. 

05:07 So in less than a weekend you can go from idea to fully launched without complicated tech, without automation chains. And this means you can launch fast, test fast and start bringing in leads without months of building. And you don't have to wait until like your big course or your paid offer is done. This can be the perfect entry point for leads and list building.
