We are talking about what is hot right now and I'm super excited to bring my own blend of human design and business and we're going to be looking at the energy types and the way it is that we are designed to use our energy type and our strategy in our business. So I'm really excited about sharing this and I created slides just to keep me from not speaking for hours on end because that's how excited I get this is how much it lights me up and then is how you build a business from what light you up.

I mean, let's get real, the entire world is shifting so fast right now. I coined the 2025 to be the year of transition and it is definitely a year in the books it's a year that we are going to remember for a very long time. The old ways of working and living and building success just doesn't fit anymore and you refuse to force yourself into a mold that was never made for you.

02:48 I am a soulful strategist. I'm a quantum human design level 4 quantum alignment practitioner. You know all the certifications i was a certification junkie for quite a few years in human design. I am a six two splenic projector. So you can see my chart here on the left. That is my chart. I'm the left ankle cross of the alpha so I am here i am designed to be a leader. I also, if that wasn't enough, I also work in healthcare. I've worked in healthcare for 20 years. 

03:24 The last five years I've been working in mental health. Yes, I work on the psych ward. And let me tell you, that has been such an amazing experience to learn about human behavior and to really learn about compassion so I really enjoy my time there as well. I also love facilitating and Co facilitating in retreats i have Co facilitated in Rise Goddess Rise and the Wild woman retreat, the wild woman collective. And so there's me posing, dropping a squat in frozen water.

And last but not least, I am a single mother to the love of my life he is 19 years old and he is has been my greatest teacher. So that's just a little bit about me. Now we're going to be talking about human design. And so you're probably wondering what the hell is human design? Or maybe you have dabbled and you've downloaded your chart. 

04:44 I'm going to leave a link in somewhere there's going to be a link where you can download your human design chart and even if you have downloaded it before, I have highly recommend downloading it again because the way that I use language, I use it towards entrepreneurs or who would I call soul preneurs and so it's more connected to business and you might really resonate with the language. So I highly recommend downloading your chart because you're going to need it now human design is like your soul's blueprint, but it's also your soul's business blueprint. 

05:24 Now, Long story short, because I mean, you could talk about this all day, but human design combines ancient wisdom. So you have astrology, you have Western astrology. We use the chakra systems. We use the I Ching, which is the oldest divination tool that we know of, and we combine it with modern science so quantum physics, not like the real quantum physics, but the quantum physics that generally is aligned with spirituality. 

05:56 And we connect this to your genetics to map out how your energy is designed to lead, to decide how to make aligned decisions, how it is that you are meant to communicate, and how it is that you are meant to play in your business, whether you are the creator or whether you're playing a different role. So human design does not tell you who it is that you are, OK you are not your design. It's talking about your energy and the way that your energy works. It shows you how to stop fighting who you've always been. Maybe you've heard about conditioning before, but that's what we're talking about right now. 

06:36 So this is not a personality quiz whatsoever. This is a personal strategy for success, for flow and for sustainable wealth because in the new paradigm of business that is what we are connecting to, that is what we are growing into the conscious economy that we are all Co creating. Well-being is the currency, OK your health is your wealth in so many different ways, and we want to create sustainable wealth. 

07:13 So that means that you're not following these launches you're not like on these high highs and these low lows. We can build sustainable wealth. So if you've ever felt like you're doing all the right things and you're still not getting results or you've outgrown the guru formulas, Oh my goodness, I am. I can't even scroll instead anymore because I low key I know who you're following. I can tell because there is so many people with the same damn template that they bought from a coach rocking it and you can totally tell like everything is getting so, so it washed, right everybody is sharing the same stuff and it's getting really annoying. 

08:03 You want to scale in a way that honors your nervous system and your soul, right? The way that we use human design, especially the way that I use human design as we take in human behavior so not just the mechanics, but human behavior, we actually listen to what it is that you're saying. So I always say human design is the how. Your passion is your purpose, right your passion is your purpose. So when we're thinking niche, I don't talk about niches whatsoever because I truly believe that you are your brand. 

08:40 You are your brand and when you are your brand, you can pivot any way that you want and your ride or dies are going to follow you, right so you are your brand. And so if you are your brand, you want to be connected into your highest frequency. You want to be connected to your alignment you want to be in integrity with who it is that you are and shine from that. So human design is the how. Your energy is meant to work in the 3D and beyond. 

09:15 Ok. And then astrology is the when. I'm not going to get too deep into that, but I just want you to think about that. Your passion is your purpose. The human design is the how. And astrology, when you can tune into that is the when. So let's talk about why should you care, right like, why should you care? And I'm going to be straight up honest. Hustle is not scalable, right i was talking about launches and there's so many, many speakers on here and everybody has their own way. But for many of us, we can't handle our nervous systems, can't handle the high highs and the low lows or the hustle culture that is in there right now that I need to post 3 days on or three times a day on multiple platforms so that somebody can just death scroll your stuff, right is that who you are? I don't know, maybe it is it's not who I am, but alignment is the most successful entrepreneurs that I work with, they're the ones not doing more, right they're not doing more. 

10:27 They're the ones doing it their way, their unique way that they are designed to shine their light. So when you know your design, you're going to stop outsourcing your authority, right you're not going to be asking, should I do this should I do that what is the best way? No, you are going to listen to your body, OK? You already know the answers. You just have to trust yourself enough to know their answers. 

10:59 So you're going to market and sell from your resonance, not from reaction from your energy. Your vibe attracts your tribe. You are a lighthouse. You are not a search and rescue. There's only 10 % of the population that are designed to initiate in that way and I'm talking cold DMS like if that's you, once again, you do you Boo. But I really want to help you align to what is right for you and not what everyone else is doing. So you attract aligned clients and partners and income without burning out because so many of us are just on that burnout cycle, right work, burnout, rest, and then repeat. 

11:45 So human design helps you understand the how of your business according to your soul. So we are going to talk about the missing piece most people skip. We're told to get clear on your why and your what, right your niche, your elevator pitch, right? But the how we're just guessing. And so your human design shows you how it is that you are designed to create influence. Once again, you, the way that you are designed to create influence the way that you are designed to make decisions because it is so different for every single type.

 Human design is here to show you how to structure your time, your team, your content, and even your aligned offers. It's like being handed the instruction manual you didn't even know that was missing. So I want to break it down. Super simple oK, I got you we're going to make this as as super simple as possible and because we have such a limited amount of time, 

13:00 We are going to break down the five different human design types, the energy types. So when you look at your human design chart, it's going to have an energy type, OK there's five different types and we're going to go through each of the types in a very short, grounded, but fun way. Ok, 

13:24 So if you are a generator, right, generators and manifesting generators make up about 70 % of the population. Ok, so 70 %, they are our worker bees. They are the wealth builders. So their theme, the generators is devotion to desire, what lights them up and when we're talk about what lights them up, what lights their sacral up. And so I want to just do this very easily but your wealth is found in your joy, period. If it's not a hell yes, it's a no, OK and this is something that you learn about yourself because how many times have you said yes when you meant no? And things go wrong, right you get really frustrated, you're exhausted, you're not seen for who you are. 

14:20 So you are not meant to push, you are meant to respond, right? Gumboat you're sacral, listening to your belly, your guts, right? Is this right for me? Right listening yes or no? What lights you up? So your soul slap is to stop settling. Follow your satisfaction. It is your GPS to overflow and abundance. Ok, so listen to your body, let her guide you and trust her. Now if you are a manifesting generator, you are the wealth multitasker. And I'm sure that you may have heard this before because every manifesting generator that I have ever met has 50 tabs open on their computer and they know what each of those tabs are for, right? They just, they have the energy to hold space for multiple things at once. 

15:27 So their theme is freedom, flexibility, and fast pivots. Because your wealth is nonlinear, right it's not a straight line because you know your energy is here to hold a lot, and so you're here to play, to pivot and to follow your pulse, follow your energy. Because you collapse time when you stop labeling yourself as too much, you're able to take extra to skip steps, right you skip steps you can find the fastest, the most efficient way to your goal. Yeah, you might have to go back and fix a few things, but you're like, you're very you can, you may be able to move very fast. 

16:13 So your soul slap is you are not scattered. Ok, You're not broken. You're not scattered. You, you may not have ADHD, even though you think you do, you're synergistic, OK. And so understanding the way that you were designed to give yourself that space to play, to follow the pulse and to recognize if it's time to pivot, if this was went as far as it's meant to go and you're meant to pivot into something else and to honor that about yourself. 

16:50 So the next we're going to talk about is the manifesters. Now, the manifesters are about 10 % of the population, OK? They are the wealth initiators. They are the old kings and Queens and the ordained, right? Their theme is to have that permission to pioneer and disrupt. Ok, you are, you can be the shit disturber sometimes, right? But with the manifesters, they're here to you think about it like a mother it takes nine months for a mother to have a baby. And it's very much the same thing with the manifesters. It takes an enormous amount of energy to go through that creative cycle. And so it's so important for you to honor your energy you're not always going to be go and your wealth comes when you stop waiting and start declaring start initiating because you're here to start the fire, but you are not here to tend the flame. 

17:56 Ok, so here's the thing you were here to start something you were here to initiate, but you are also here to be supported. You are here to get the ball rolling and then watch, right? And then wait for that next creative cycle so no babysitting. So your sole slap is to stop explaining yourself and to start initiating. Wealth follows your urge, not the consensus consensus OK, that's very important. 

18:31 Now we're now we're going to move on to the projectors. And the projectors are about 20 % of the population climate projector and we are the wealth seers because we see potential. Now our theme is recognition equals revenue. Because you are not here to chase success. You are not here to work like the generators in the manifesting generators, right you're not here to be like the manifesters. You're to you're to become so deeply aligned and in love with yourself that success naturally invites you in you are so attractive, honestly, when you know your sense of self worth and self value that you become the go to because you're shining. So you sell through insight what it is that you see. 

19:29 Not through energy, not through doing, not by proving your worth, by selling those insights that only you can see. So this whole slap is your presence is the product, and your wisdom is the offer. Take a deep breath in. Let that sink in. It is not what you do, but who you are. My lovely projectors. 

20:05 And last but not least, my reflectors. Now you are the 1 %, right the one percenters. I love working with my reflectors so much. Their theme is environmental alignment and lunar wisdom. Because they work within a community, right they work within a community and they see what is working and what isn't working. So you are the moon in human form. Your mood, your energy is constantly shifting because you are so deeply attuned to the moon's rhythms. Ok, so your wealth doesn't come from effort, it comes from discernment. 

20:48 And what that means is knowing like that you are with the right people, that you are right, with the right community, that you are making the correct decisions you're using your strategy, your weight, you're taking your time, 29 days for those big decisions so using your discernment, you're not saying yes to everything, right? You're designed to reflect the future by embodying the truth of now, what is happening now. It takes you time to make decisions, but it's all it's from the wisdom of multiple nows. So your soul slap is not, you're not here to adapt, but you were here to amplify aligned spaces i'm going to give you an example because this can be a little bit in your head about it, right? So if you are my beautiful reflectors or if you want to feel into this energy, say you are in a mastermind and you're just sitting quiet and you're just listening and you're just taking it all in. 

21:50 And then you see one little thing that could change everything and you share it. And everybody looks at you like, Oh my gosh, we've been missing that. And you saw it, right? So you're like they say you're the critic or you're the Canary in the coal mine, but you just have this wisdom of just taking everything in, feeling into it, and then sharing something so potent that it just changed the whole directory of what is happening. So that is super, super cool.

22:35 So now that you know your type and maybe your soul is whispering, finally this feels like me. This is the future of business. It is rooted in alignment. It is guided by embodiment, right? You are your brand you are the embodiment of your brand that means get out of your head, get into your body, take aligned action. That is embodiment, OK, designed by your soul. So no more forcing, no more burnout and no more building success that doesn't feel like it's yours because you define what success is, not some old standard that people are still chasing. You decide you decide what success and what sustainability means to you.
