00:06 Hi everybody welcome in this short course I'm going to teach you how to use chat, PT and Canva together to create any graphics that you need for social media, for your email, campaigns whatever you need for your business. Most importantly, I'm going to teach you not only how to work faster and, you know, save time and focus your time and energy in other things, but I'm going to talk about some design principles and branding principles that will help you have a cohesive look and make sure all the assets are within your brand and make your business look more professional and in return bring you more sales. 

00:47 So enjoy. Ok, let's do this. The first step is obviously to go into chat TPT. Now most people use chat GPT, to you know, have conversations or do some basic stuff, but there's actually a lot of tools that you can use inside here. One of them is the one that I want to teach you with Canva. So on this side, on the left side where your conversations are, there is a space to explore the GPTS. So a GPT is basically imagine like a mini software. It is something to train child GPT with a specific information. 

01:31 So in this case, a Canva uploaded all the things that it can do. So child GPT can communicate with that tool and then, you know, communicate with Canva. Each of them are different and they do different things. Now, a quick note here, these tools can be done by anybody who has a pro version of chat GPT. So please be mindful of that. Some of the tools might not be very accurate.

And so just my recommendation is to go for the tools that are from known sources or you know, like this one, for example, the language teacher. I have no idea who did that and I don't know if it's correct or not so just be mindful of that. So here, if you don't find the camera 1 here in the feature ones, just search for it but again, just make sure it's made by <a href="canva.com">canva.com</a> You click on it and then you click on start chat.

03:28 Ok, and it's talking to the target GPT plugging now because I already used it before it didn't ask me permission but if you're using it for the first time, it will ask you if you can communicate with the tool and you know, you just say yes. Now it's creating the the things it made two versions. So whichever you think goes better with your brand, then you can choose that one and then the the nice thing about this one is like it's not just a downloadable, downloadable image. Many people might ask, well, I can ask Tasha PT to make a an A graphic and just download the graphic, right? Sure, you can do that. 

04:22 But what is good about this is that if you click on here, it goes regular to can them and then you have the graphic in here. And this is all editable. So I can change the image here, I can change the fonts. Something super, super, super important. Please don't use whatever it gives you, you know, straight out of the box. Please use your font, your brand fonts, change the fonts, change the colours according to your brand. Now if you have a brand, there's a a lot of things I have on my website I can help you. One of them for example is a checklist for everything you need for your brand. 

05:07 You can download it for free. Just go to my site and then you'll see it there. But please don't don't just start using random graphics because it confuses your audience. So once you do change in every anything of this, you can just download the image here and share and download and you know, use it. It can also do other interesting things. For example,

I want you to see this because there might be some hiccups, there might be some problems with this. And that's understandable because touch PT is just a tool. It doesn't think by itself so it is important that you know this, 

06:51 You can, you know, try again or something. Now there's one thing I need to mention also, if you are on the free version of Charge PT, you can only do like 2 graphics or so. So just be mindful of that. Now you might also be wondering, well, why should I use Charge PT instead of just going to camera well, imagine you're ready here and you're doing something else you're you have some copy for an email or whatever. You just copy it and then you come to to the to the canvas, plug in to the canvas chat. 

07:31 And then you can create the the graphics directly from here instead of going to canvas and then. 

07:39 Going through millions of templates, literally millions. And once you create your the thing that you want, well, then you can just reuse it for future times i mean, changing the images, changing the text, etcetera, keeping it, keeping it inside your brand. So that's, that's a big, big plus here it can save you time instead of going back and forth between tools, you just do everything here in charge BT and also to avoid the shiny object syndrome inside Canva because there's millions of templates. So that's it. There's many, many things you can do here. Let me just create another one.

There's many things you can do so I would suggest you explore and see what works best for you. Maybe this is not the tool for you, maybe you prefer to work in canvas, but I just wanted to share this for everybody to know that this exists and is a possibility to use. Ok thank you.
