01 So what are the top three things that you think about when you think about branding? Usually it's logo, right the brand's logo, the brand's colors right? And sometimes the brand's mission statement, right? So those are like the top three things that you think about when branding and when branching a business those things are important, but there's so many other things that go into the branding factor and I'm excited to share that with you today. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Lori i've been a business coach and lifestyle coach for Oh my gosh, since the early two, thousands offline online, and I just absolutely love it.
50 And brand is your most important asset to building and having and creating a successful business. And we're going to dive in today i'm going to talk for half of this training. I'm going to give resources, maybe some slides, I don't know yet. But for now, I'm going to focus on the branding factor and sharing with you what is really relevant beyond the logo, mission statement and brand colors. And so in this training, I'm going to be sharing 5 relevant steps beyond the three most common, which again is logo, brand colors and mission statement right? So I'll be sharing five additional PR, marketing branding tips for you to get your business to the next level of its success or if you're starting your business to get it up and running with a relevant grand message.
56 And so let's get to it. For now, I'm going to focus on the five relevant. Excuse the noise, I'm filming outside and a few motorcycles just passed. But anyway, I'm going to be sharing the five relevant things that you can do today for your business to start marketing on a whole new level, right? So branch marketing for businesses is so, so important and aside from the three that I've mentioned over and over again, branding is also, you know, branding is also about not selling the product it's never about selling the product. It's about selling the story, right? What's relevant behind that product, right we don't want to sell the product, we want to sell the experience, right? How does your product make someone feel how does it bring them to their next level of success, right? How does it share a solution, right how does it share a solution to the challenge that they're having and that they're seeking out within your product to help solve, right? So never speak about the product.
18 Well, I mean, you know what I mean. Don't sell the product, right, but sell the experience, right brand, the experience, the outcome of your product, not the product. Your brand wants to be known for the outcome that it shares with people your brand wants to be known for the solution to their challenges that it helps solve, right it does not want to be known for, oh, buy this product for such and such an ounce and then you will have this. No, you want to begin with, this is what the outcome would be without mentioning the product, right? And then for number two you want to clearly define who your target audience is, right? Who does your, you know, who are your clients who are your customers what does your product do to help them get to their next level of success, right? What challenges does your product help them solve, right? What solutions do you give to your challenges? No.
31 What solutions do you give to their challenges within your product, Right. And again, you don't want to talk about selling the product you want to talk about the outcome you want to talk about how that product is going to help that specific client avatar, right? That specific niche client, how that product is going to help them overcome that challenge, get to their next level of success, and just keep moving forward, right? So number two is all about defining just exactly who you help, who your client is, who and what you can do for them, right? So and number three what every business needs right is your unique value proposition, right how does your business stand out from the other businesses that are within your niche? What do you do differently that the other business that does the same exact thing as you do differently, right? How do you stand out how not you your business? How does your business, how do your trainings, how do your how does your unique value proposition differ from the person who does the same exact thing that you do? What do you offer to your clients that What do you offer to your clients that AB and C businesses Joan offer, right how do you share your value how are your products different how is your training different what is your unique value proposition? That's what you want to think.
19 That's what you want to switch up and make it stand apart from the regular and that should be part of your focus. And that's number three. So for number four i want to talk a little bit about your brand voice, right how is it consistent with all of your, you know, how is your brand voice consistent with your message, your website, your social media, right? Even though you could navigate away from the norm at times in regard to your brand, right like say your brand colors are lavender and gold, but one day you feel like posting something that's blue and pink, right? I mean, I'm not saying that you need to stick to your brand assets 100 %, but your message and your value should always be consistent in regard to social media, if you want to switch up a color, post something black and white one day.
21 You can navigate from the norm it doesn't need to be a consistent lavender and gold, right? In regard to your marketing, even a brochure, if you're offline and you really want to try this new type of brochure that may capture attention in a different way. Or you're thinking about rebranding colors right? Or rebranding your website and you want to add or take away a certain color or aspect or switch up your logo, right? So these are the basics of branding and what I want to basically get a cross is that with your consistent message, with your brand voice, it's okay to change it's okay to look at different strategies it's okay to experiment with different colors different website formats right? As long as you get it to the point where it's consistent and helping you take your business to the next level.
24 So your brand voice should be consistent, but you also want to always create arenas of different strategies where you can experiment with getting the best results for your company. So that's number four and so number five for your brand marketing and one of the most relevant and the most important aspects of any business offline and online is your customer client experience, right? How does your product again, how does your selling your story not your product, right? How does that make your client customer feel right? Is it positive? Is it, you know, something that they're going to walk away with and say, wow, I got so much value from this, right? You want to always make sure that your customer client experience is one of the best, right? You want to always go over right, overvalue, share more, give more, right? Make sure that your customer experience is the absolute best that your client gets and they will refer you, they will keep talking about you.
42 They will help you get your business to the next level while you help them get the best results for their for their business, their challenge right, their salute their your solution to their challenges. That's number five.
