00:02 Hello, welcome to What's hot right Now and let's see no nonsense Instagram, how bold direct messaging is driving real results. Now you're going to learn about the message style that has started implementing on Instagram, of course, first on emails and on Instagram, and that is actually getting with conversations and then sales. So if you don't know me, I'm Asmita, Asmita Jason, I'm a business growth and visibility coach, helping people with email marketing email sales. That's my Forte like really get going down to emails. But whatever I share today is actually a content strategy that you could implement on your emails or on Instagram.
00:39 I have just chosen Instagram for now because I see a lot more people going wrong when it comes to Instagram content. So let's see, what's this bold content that I'm talking about the no nonsense content and bold and direct messaging. So let's be honest oK, before we go into it, let's be honest here your content is not converting at the moment because maybe it's too polite, maybe it's too vague, maybe it's too fluffy, or maybe it's too educational.
01:07 People don't see why they need to work with you. They of course see you as a great person, see you as a valuable person but the thing that has to be clear is why you, why they need to solve this problem is not clear. So maybe you're trying to inspire but not direct. Maybe you're adding value but not driving decisions. And that's what I'm going to show you with real like examples, how it changed for me because I also created content at a point to inspire, to add value, but it wasn't driving decisions now, I'm not against value content at all. Value content is what is favoured by algorithm it's going to give you reach, it's going to give you sales, but it's not going to give you saves i said, OK, not sales, it's not going to give you sales.
01:52 So you need to balance your strategy between how much value you give and how much you direct you are to bring in sales. So what do I mean by no nonsense content? So no nonsense content is basically where you are most not sugar coating. Nothing is sugar coated straightforward direct slab. It's no long finded fluff. Plus it is not like, OK, this might not be a real savable content like OK, I'm going to save it i'm going to come back to it like normal does how to condense valuable content is what people say. This people might not say, but they want to work with you because it is an eye opener content.
02:30 So it speaks directly to your audience's pain point when I say it speaks directly to the pain point, we are not hitting the pain point like you are doing this wrong you are doing it's not like that, but still we are addressing the pain point directly. We are calling out what they're doing wrong and also how to fix it and then how to fix it is our solution. So we show our solution why they need it. That's what happens so now it's not just more noise, but it's more strategic, it's more direct. That is something I say as like no nonsense content. Now let me show you these, OK, these are some posts from my Instagram, that's Asmita Jason, I say my name.
03:10 Now these posts actually brought me likes. They also brought me sales. All good people like OK, you are giving so much nice content and all that, but they don't drive sales. If you really want sales, you have to be direct now if you see the 1st post, it's like OK, unlock five key elements to create a high converting lead magnet. This is a post people would like to save. Yes, literally micro value out there it's a good post i'm not saying it's a bad post.
03:36 It's a very good post for Instagram feed it's going to give you like sales engagement people are going to fall in love with you, but people are not going to pull the credit card to pay you. Ok, same thing here like OK your low price passive offers are not going to make you rich but here's what they can do, like showing the possibilities. Again, another good post, but these posts don't make it clear why they need to do this now example here I'm teaching them about the high converting lead magnet. Why they need a lead magnet? What are the problems around lead magnet it's talking about nothing it's just plain simple pure value, which is a good post by itself, but it doesn't give you sales.
04:14 Same thing here, the same thing here it's a method about collaboration that is getting explained there non social media matter very good post people would love to save it, they would love to come back to it, but it is nowhere talking about how you're going to solve the problem, why you need it. And that is what I feel. That's like. You are giving value, but you're not being bold and direct why they should work with you. So what is bold messaging now why bold messaging works people don't scroll for fluff. Ok, Value is available at a lot of places. Of course sometimes you're going to give value. But people are scrolling because they're looking for clarity.
04:54 They are looking for solutions. They are looking for the directness that builds trust right buyers are already looking for someone who tells OK this is what it is so your audience actually wants who gets it and isn't afraid to say it. They don't want you to give them free content or value content to go around the Bush. They want direct solutions, instant act, instant actions. So how did I come across this? So actually I used to post all of the attastatic carriers general tips feel good post i showed you some examples because I wanted to go viral. At the point I even had like 16 followers on instagram but at sixteen K followers were not leading to sales so we removed the followers we came down to 4K and we changed the content strategy.
05:40 So I really got likes but there were no sales. I had real fans out there but they never bought from me so I wouldn't call them real fans oK, so when I started calling out real problems, giving strong opinions, that is the time I saw people applying. Until then, people weren't. So what do I mean? I'm going to give you an I'll first show you the examples. So these are the examples that actually drove some momentum and also sales. Now if you see the message here, it's straightforward and direct to someone who wants to work on the email marketing like, OK, tired of feeling like you have to email your list every single day to stay consistent? Here's the truth you don't need daily emails you need a strategy that builds momentum.
06:24 So the pain point is for someone, I cannot send emails every single day. That's like the pain point, but I'm talking about the problem you need a strategy. They like it like I'm talking to the problem bold, direct, OK, you don't need this you need this. That drives conversations and also convergence. Another one, you have got an engaged list. They are reading your emails, but they're not buying why? Because you're not sending the emails that actually sell. So this is a problem many people have this problem oK, I have an engaged list they're reading my emails, but they're not buying.
07:01 Why exactly? Another bold example. Because you're not sending the emails that actually sell this gets people to message you. I want to send these emails that sell. The third example I have for you is again, the same like your emails don't need to be long, fancy or perfect because many people assume emails have to be perfect they have to be fancy, they have to be long. That's that's a problem people go through, right? They just need to sell that's the only job of the emails. So now if you see these emails, I'm not hitting pain points as if I'm not making them feel shameful.
07:34 I'm not making them feel like bad about what they're doing. But these like eye opener, these posts are like Mythbusters. This is what is happening and this is the solution. And the solution is of course my offer out there. So what's the framework for those posts now just anatomy of bold direct messaging. The format. It's not a carriage in format, just a messaging format now you could use it for your email, You could use it for your carriage now I'm talking about Instagram so normally Instagram content that could be a real, that could be a single post with a copy, that could be Instagram stories, whatever it is, you could follow these four four hooks out there so first is the hook that slaps.
08:18 It calls out a belief, it shows the gap, it shows the mistake sometimes it could also show the solution so your hook has to call out what's going wrong That's required. Then you have to call out the cost of staying stuck. That goes as you go explaining the a post out there and when you insert the truth form, that's your offer, like your method and then you offer them next step is where you're pitching. This really converts. Now I haven't got a actual breakdown of carousel because they pitch my offer and I didn't wanted to pitch my offer in here. So I have just brought the cover sections. If anyone wants to see the entire carousel structure in this pattern, you could always go to my Instagram.
09:02 So here's now these four are kind of done here. Ok, so this is the hook which is slapping. Tired of feeling like you have to email your list every single let people feel that. Then I'm calling out. It's not actually staying stuck it's it's in the deepest lights. But you don't need daily emails you need a momentum to build that's my truth bomb and offer now only calling out the cost of staying stuck is done in the internal slides for that particular.
09:31 So basically you are calling them out first with the hook that they could feel like, OK, this is me, I'm doing this mistake. Then you go on speaking about that mistake. Ok, if you're going to do this, you might not have this, you might not have this like eye opener moment. And then you give them your offer, simple, sharp. And this actually converts very simple, straightforward and these kind of posts, they convert it could be in any format.
09:56 Now, why this work because it builds authority. So when you speak directly, you stop sounding like everyone else you're not sounding like everyone else now there might be some other people teaching email, marketing but their content wouldn't be like this. Because this is what I have seen based on the experience, what works for my people, what mistakes my people are doing. Same thing would be for you in your niche there would be so many people creating out content. But something that's going to come from your experience, your method, that directness, that solution is going to be different.
10:29 So you stop sounding like everyone else. You build thought leadership. You also attract action takers because action takers know the problem. They're looking out for solutions and they are the ones who would be grabbed by this hoax. So bold messaging doesn't repel the right people, it actually repels the wrong ones. So you if you have ever felt like, OK, I have so many people liking my posts on Instagram or reading my emails for that sense of freebie people, it's because you have never sold and this kind of posts make you sell every single day. Some final truths you don't need better design you don't need 30 new content ideas. What you need is messaging that hits where it hurts.
11:13 It has to open eyes and guides them to a solution this is also very important again, not just hitting the pin point, give them the solution. Give them away from where they are to where they want to go. Your audience doesn't want more information. They are looking for someone to say OK, this is your problem, this is your fix, let's implement it. This is your problem, this is your problem, or this is how you do it this is the solution many people are telling that, but no one is telling that OK, this is your exact problem.
11:39 This is what we do and this is how we work. Everyone knows they need to invest to get their final solution. So that's all about how bold direct messaging is going to blow up your Instagram and sales. Do let me know when you implement this how it is going for you.
