00:01 Hello, hello everybody, welcome to low stress launching. I'm a Luvyna Mantle l mom of almost three, business strategist and implementer and systems lover. And today we are going to talk about what actually mattered, what you can skip and how to launch without burning out. So first of all, launching doesn't have to feel like a dumpster, dumpster fire. But I think every single time someone comes to me about launching, they're stressed out there's so many things they feel like they need to do. They don't know how to put every piece, everything together. And it has to be this long complicated process that it doesn't actually need to be.

00:36 So we are going to break it down into small sensible chunks today and talk about actually launching with kids, especially young kids for all my mom's out there and how to just make it easy stress free time where you're not like glued to your computer the entire time.

00:55 So first of all, I want to say when it comes to launching or doing anything a business ever, especially as a mom, mom seem to be perfectionist like I'm a perfectionist i want all my stuff to be perfect before it goes live, but that is not realistic and I just, and especially when it comes to launching, I think we need to get super clear with ourselves of what actually the priorities are, what we actually have to get done to be able to launch and make money from our offers because that's the whole reason that we have a business, right, is to make money so that we can stay home with our kids or whatever our reasoning is and not worry about all the other fluff that is constantly thrown on, thrown on us.

01:39 So you don't necessarily need like a super fancy funnel. You don't necessarily need a three-week promo runway you don't need 15 bazillion emails. You really just need to make sure that your messaging, your audience and the path to by are as simple as possible. You need to make sure your messaging and talking to your ideal client, which hopefully you already know before we're even in this process of trying to launch a new offer. You have to make sure that you have an audience that is your ideal client. If you have thousands and hundreds of followers on Instagram, but they're not your ideal client and your messaging for your new offer is not going to speak to them, then we need to go find a new audience.

02:21 And then we need to make the path to buy as simple as prop like simple as as can be. It needs to be a simple process. They can click on a link that can say yes, they can check out. And then from there they get enrolled into the course or your one-on-one coaching or whatever it is we want to make it as simple and seamless as possible for your client.

02:48 So I kind of have a five part launch plan that I kind of follow. So we have our pre launch, which is where we start talking or like previewing, using our messaging to talk about the offer. This is also really, really good time to get feedback on your new offer and see if your audience is responding to it and if all the different pieces in your offer are actually what they want and need. So they can be things like stories, value post. I love polls for things like this, doing that market research, DM ING people that are potential new clients talking about it without talking about it in your email marketing.

03:30 So I love to do is I I mean, I'm a very personal brand. I bring my audience into my life like if you are in my world, you know that we are expecting our third baby girl soon and that it has been like the worst pregnancy of my entire life. And we're selling a house and building a house and have our ranch. And like all these things are happening on the personal side. But you also know if you're in my world that my systems that we've spent years and years and years building and even like more than that, we've spent the last four months really refining and getting super clear on are still working for me even though I've had to step back from my business a lot over the last seven months.

04:18 There's been a lot of doctors visits there's been a lot of personal things happening where my kids and my family need me and I can't be on my computer and in my office like I want to be. So I use those stories to talk to my audience and relate to them, like show them that even though there's all this stuff happening in the background in my life, my business is still growing i'm we're still onboarding new clients, we're still bringing in new moms to our offers we still have this massive community that we're building like all these good things are still happening and that's priming them, that's warming them up, that is getting them ready for when I come off maternity leave and we launch our next offer.

05:00 Then from there, you have your lead magnet or many of it so whether this is a really good lead magnet that you build specifically for this offer or if you're going to do webinars, Facebook ads, whatever, it is just something to kind of build your list in your segment, get people used to hearing from you and get used to your offer, like a sneak peek almost of what your offer is going to be.

05:22 And then we have our sales window of course, we have our sales page. We have all the nurturing emails, text messages, hosting daily called action to like buy our thing now and then, which also might be like one of the most important things that I see people not doing all over the place and I promise you it'll make a huge difference in your business when you start doing this it's a follow up, nurturing those leads. We get so caught up in having the fancy sales pages, having the fancy freebies, making sure our social media is perfect, that we forget how important it is to actually nurture and follow up those leads and get them to buy.

06:01 Because if you don't have a nurture sequence, you don't have a follow up sequence with them. That's great they opted in for your freebie. Now what? You know how many people get like how many emails people get every single day? Text, I mean, text messaging will have a whole conversation about that but in like how hard it is to actually see your post on social media. If you are not engaging with them, you're not going to be seen. It used to take 7 to 10 touch points to get somebody to convert in your world and now that is like double that.

06:36
So just keep that in mind when you're building out your watch sequence and your process and you're thinking about this is that you really need to spend some decent time thinking about that nurturing follow up. And I have a whole hack with this it's using Chad DPT it's my BFF, her name's Vivian. It can help you so much you don't have like, it doesn't have to be as hard as you think it's going to be. And then post launch, like you don't want to just launch something, be sending out all these emails, be working so hard on your social media and then just go ghost town.

07:10 We want to keep nurturing them even though we're not in a launch mode so the next time that you are in launch mode, your audience has already warmed up even more for you. And then my favorite thing about like this entire five step plan is that once you've launched once you keep using the same exact plan. And I know that people hate doing this scares people every single time you launch, people want to try and do it some other way. But we want to use the same exact plan because what you will find is you do it once and you'll find like, oh, maybe I didn't nurture as well as I should have or maybe my pre launch wasn't as good as it should have been.

07:48 So the next time you're launching, you're going to take that same exact plan and you're just going to tweak it until eventually and I'll tell you about my client who's been doing this for years and like the difference it's made in her business but eventually you will have a launch plan that is so ironed out and so ready to go that it takes you no time at all to launch.

08:08 And you can like pre plan what your metrics are going to be, what your Blanche is going to look like because you already know from your past launches.

08:22 Ok so let's talk about kind of our audiences and the three different avenues of traffic that we're going to have coming in when it comes to a launch. So you're going to have your cold traffic. A lot of times this is coming from if you're running ads, if you're doing a webinar, like anything kind of like that, you're going to have your warmer traffic. Maybe these are people that are already following you on social media and engage with you. Maybe these are people on your email list and you kind of just like ghosted them for the last couple of months but like they're there.

08:53 And then you're going to have your really hot leads and your hot leads are going to be people that are like already possibly in your world or you've been D Ming them like you've been having that conversation and you know, like you're pretty solid on the fact that they are going to convert for you. So having those 3 avenues is super important when it comes to launching. Now that we have those 3 avenues, how are we actually going to nurture them so I love to nurture people before a webinar or whatever my like conversion event is.

09:27 I know a lot of people use webinars, maybe it's that freebie event, but I love nurturing them beforehand and it doesn't have to be complicated. Like it can be short and sweet, one to two sentence or like sentence paragraphs, emails, voice memos, just like little check ins. Texting is having huge results right now because people's emails are getting so over saturated. The other thing with email is email providers are changing the requirements and a lot of people's emails that used to be getting delivered straight to the primary inbox are now going to promotions or spam or like not even getting there even though you have all your stuff set up.

10:10 So I love using text messaging. It's a super low cost. It puts you above the like people. People don't expect it and a lot of people aren't using utilizing it right now. So if you are, it doesn't have to be anything super long or fancy like when you go say to check in, we literally like, have you hit your daily goal today like how's it going? Let us know like just super little short and sweet messages to remind them to come back to us and that we are in their world.

10:46 I recently had a client that she has been launching the same program over and over and over they launch every single quarter. She has a school that she teaches other people on the holistic and Wellness space how to do what she does. And she's always has decent results from her webinar. She always fills her classes up. She is one of those people that she had built her launch sequence and she uses the same exact thing every single launch and if something needs tweaks, she tweaks it and she looks at those match metrics and stats and then she makes the new educated guess and changes based on the dot. So previously she was looking at a 5 to 7 % show rate for her webinars.

11:30 She uses both her email, list which is like her warmer list she does direct DM outreach to people that she knows are warm leads, and then she also runs Facebook ads. She has an Sol that she runs when she's not actively ramping up to a webinar. Those are the people that she invites to webinar that once they come on her email list and then once it's closer to actual webinar time, she will run specific Facebook ads to her webinar. So normally from that she gets a 5 to 7 % show rate, which is still decent. Her last launch that she did just a couple weeks ago, we implemented text messaging for that webinar funnel and we had once they opted in for the webinar, we had a reminder text that went out, ones that like referred them back to her emails that she sent to nurture them.

12:24 And then we had that like directly before the webinar i think it was an hour before text that went out. Her show rate went up 22 % from doing this. She had over 430 people from the Facebook ads her email list DM syncs like this registered for her workshop and her show rate was 22 freaking percent. So that's almost 100 people live. She was not prepared. We were not prepared to have this many people register from the text messaging change like that is the only thing we changed in her entire launch sequence.

13:01 And then even having that many show up, which we were not expecting based off her usual 5 % show rate, she actually had to last minute upgrade her Zoom account so that she could fit all these people in. So I just wanted to tell you this to show you how important, even if it's just like I think we sent maybe 3 text messages per per person depending on when they registered over that couple week period of time. But but just having those text messages options, she had a like 20 % increase for show rates.

13:41 So then from there, you honestly sell them on the webinar, you sell them throughout. We like to like drop in little hints of what we're talking about and then sell them at the end or soft sell whatever we're doing for that. But then the follow up after that webinar or workshop is so, so important. So I like to do 2 different kind of nurture sequences, one for the people that did buy and one for the people that don't buy and we like to sort them.

14:07 We use tags. I mean, high level is amazing it makes those super easy for us. And a lot of this stuff is just workflows and automations that we've already built out in the past and then we just tweak them and clone them and reuse them over and over and over again. But we want to make it valuable and we really, really want to focus on making sure that we're converting those people that took the time. One, the people that attended live, we want to make sure that we covered those. But the people that registered but didn't attend live, we really, really, really want to try to get them to watch the replay.

14:44 Depending on what platform you're using, there's so many things you can do with this with high level, we can actually send out the replay and then based on if they watch like 50 % of it, 80 % of it, the whole thing, we can sort them by different and put them in different interview sequences. We can talk to that like shoot me Adm if we want to. If you want to chat about that and ask questions, it's really, really cool. Then you can turn into like an Evergreen webinar and just continually bringing in those leads but the other thing that's super important, this goes back to text messaging is if you have the person's highest attention stand the 1st 24 hours after a workshop, a webinar, they download your freebie, whatever it is.

15:28 So you have to capture their attention in that first 24 hours. That is where you send out that text message or two text messages you send. I mean we normally send like 3 emails just in the 1st 24 hours and from there we back off. I'm not a big email person so I don't want to spam their inbox, but if you do not capture their attention in that first 24 hours, you're out of luck. For the most part. Most people are not going to read any emails after that. So that is why nervous sequences are so important even if it's just maybe you don't have time to build out a huge nurture sequence, that's fine.

16:06 Make sure you have something in that first 24 hours does engaging with them, getting in their inbox, getting them to read and.

16:17 Then the only thing I really like to do when it comes to nurturing, especially if you're running any sort of webinar workshop, I even do this like freebies i just haven't sent an alert to me and my team. But anytime we have a new Cold league come in or any of those three options, we will actually slide into their DMS and send them a quick little voice or video message and just say hello, Ask them how they're liking it once again in that 24 hours trying to get their attention.

16:52 And then I've already talked about this a lot and I've, I've mentioned this a lot throughout this recording, but automations have a bad rap. And a lot of times I think they have a bad rap because they're very robot and cold. But here's the cold hard truth when it comes to having a business and growing your business, building your business as a mom, especially a mom with young kids,

17:20 Kids feel sick a lot. Life happens a lot. My last seven months has been a very, very good example of this. If you don't have systems and automations built in your business, your business cannot survive if you are not in front of it. You can build out automations and nurture your audience for your launches and doing things like this without there being cold. I mentioned Chat CPT and this is kind of where I'll tell you my whole trick about it. I obviously use Go high level for all of our stuff we sell it, it's what our clients use there's so many different options out there so regardless of what system and platform you're using, there are options out there and you can use chat GPT to make this so much easier for you.

18:02 So a lot of times for our own launches and for client launches, it's like especially we will go into chat GPT and we will tell it what we're launching. We'll give it links to our sales page, We'll give it all the background information, what we want. And so like, for example, for a high level, I would go into chat GBT and I would type out like, this is my lunch, this is what I'm looking for. We're running a workshop On this date. I want to nurture people before. So like everybody that registers, I want to nurture them before the workshop. Can you create me 3 emails and two text reminders automation to put into go high level and it'll spit it out and then I just have to go in and I just have to tweak things.

18:49 And then I'll do the same thing for the post workshop nurture. I'll go in, I'll be like, OK, great, this is great. Here's my tweaks I would like to make. Can you make me a nurture sequence for this launch ramping up to whatever date like we're officially launching our product or whatever? I want most of the concentration in the 1st 24 hours so I want 3 emails and two text messages in the 1st 24 hours and then from there, I want X number of emails or day of the emails, whatever your launch looks like.

19:24 Can you create that for me? And it'll build out your exact workflow for whatever platform you are using. It does not have to be difficult guys, especially if you're already using Jazz JBT and it already knows your messaging, your audience, how you talk to people. Like if it already knows you, it makes it so easy to implement. And then from there, you could just ask it to put it into a Google Doc and you go and you copy and paste it into whatever platform you are using.

19:56 The other thing I will do with this too is so that was all of our nurturing for our workshop or webinar. That we're using, if we have a freebie, I'll have it do something very similar for our freebie and then I'll have it write out an email nurture sequence for our actual list. And then it does, it does it all for me. So I think we just get in our heads of what has to be done for a launch and all the different things and we're trying to post on 15 different platforms and you don't you need one offer, one audience, one platform.

20:32 I like to I'm a brain dumping Ted girly pen and paper. So I actually like to go get a notebook piece of paper and write down everything that I love to do for my watch. And then right next to that, I put like the five for top, like by priority, things that have to happen for my lunch to happen. And then those ones, once those are checked out, then I can start doing everything else. But make your launch as easy as possible on yourself so that it gets done.

20:59 And then start doing all the extra stuff. Otherwise your launch will not get done. But hopefully this helps. I really just want you to build that momentum. Get it done. Don't worry about being perfect, perfect. Once it's done, then you can go back and make it perfect but let's get it done first so we can start making money before we start being perfectionist. Thanks for helping hanging out with me i hope this helps you feel more grounded, feel more clear about launching, less stress. And if you ever have any questions about launching our systems in general, feel free to shoot over Adm to me on Instagram.

21:37 It's the be Lavina mantle i love talking about this stuff honestly. But otherwise, I will talk to you guys later. See you later bye.
