So basically price wise when we talk about micro offers, we are referring to anything digital price between 7 and 97 even if most of them don't go over 49 Those are products that are easy yeses, quickly create trust, build buyer behavior and warm your audience for high ticket offers, which I mean, you might not want, but if you want them, you can get them definitely. Ok, So what are micro products? And here comes the interesting part. They're small outcome driven digital assets. They're easy to create, easy to sell, highly versatile and they create the compound effect, which is absolutely magic.

05:47 So basically, these are quick, outcome driven digital offers that focus on solving one and only one specific problem. They can be created in a few hours, ideally 2 hours, not more than that and sold on repeat across platforms giving you assets that generate visibility, trust and revenue every single they over time they create a compound of factor in your business. Each one builds on the last multiplying your impact and income we are requiring more time and energy i mean what do we want more than that? Ok,  

06:31 Let's talk about, let's talk about common formats. Ok so common formats are Cheat Sheets, workbooks, checklist, audio meditations, private podcast templates, master classes, mini video courses. These aren't overwhelming bloated courses stuffed with information for the sake of it. They are focused, outcome based solution people can actually use faster to create what to create to to accomplish whatever the winner they're looking for is. They are faster to create and they are faster to buy and they are faster to benefit. To benefit from. Every format you see here is highly practical it is designed to be used immediately, not just consumed and then forgotten.

07:29 I think this is absolutely amazing i would, I would have loved to have that when I started. Anyhow, let's concentrate on what is good now and what is going on now. So micro products in real life are educational resources, business tools, marketing resources, strategy guides, tech tools and templates. There could be many, I would say groups.  

07:59 Where you can actually name under which you can actually name the kind of micro products that you can find in real life i, I prefer and to have those fiber, groups they work very well for me they're easy to understand. So.

Again, the important thing is that if you can solve one small problem, you can sell it so you can literally create something which is a digital product that you can sell and resell and sell and sell and sell and repeat. Ok, so let's see what's next what's next is let's start with group number one, which is educational resources i'm just going through the whole list mini course on Facebook group engagement for instance, or LinkedIn profile optimization guide, Instagram stories, template pack, email subject lines, wipes, file client onboarding checklist templates, social media content calendar template, business systems, audit workbook.

09:24 Then we have group number two which are business tools. And here we can have a project management spreadsheet template, client tracking dashboard, income tracker spreadsheet, social media analytics tracker, content repurposing framework, business expenses calculator, time management planner. Then we have group number three which is marketing resources. So sales page copy template, email marketing sequence framework, social media captions template, hashtag strategy guide, lead magnet, creation toolkit, marketing matrix, dashboard, content pillar planning worksheet and this kind of things we have them group number four which are strategy guides.

10:11 So 30 day content strategy for instance, blueprint client avatar, workbook, pricing strategy calculator, sales funnel mapping template, business scale up checklist, possibly income planning guide, launch strategy, playbook, you name it and then we have the fifth and last group, which is tech tools and templates, my favorite Cambo template bundle for social media, Google work organization, system notion dashboard templates, Trello board templates for business, Instagram carousel templates, Facebook group covers templates, Pinterest pin templates, again, you name it.

10:56 Incountable, uncountable so, OK, so let me see what OK, previous slide was that OK, so wonderful now we we wanted to know. Ok, so is that correct? No so let me see what is going on here. I should have another slide here why it is not showing oK, there we go. So why they work? They are not just content, they are assets. So you can sell them, stock them, you reuse them and bundle them. They are leverage. So you you don't just sell them once they keep working in your business every single day across multiple channels, helping you build it, build a trust, attract leads and generate income without needing constant attention now or new launches.  

11:48 But each one becomes part of a self-sustaining system that grows with you. And this my friend, this is such an important part of this whole presentation. Each one becomes part of a sales sustaining system that grows with you. So it's not just about a sale, it's about stacking trust and traction until your business runs with rhythm and resilience, not hassle. And you can live very happily, OK, here we have basically 13 profit lever, OK, there are 13 ways my micro product create ways of profit. So each one is a visibility layer, sorry, a visibility lever, a sales generator or both.  

12:53 You don't need a big programmer or a complicated funnel and you need a tiny smart assets that work for you every single day so the first one is that you can grow your email list with buyers when you use your tiny products. Then you can create bundle ready assets. Then you can generate fast cash injections. 13:57 And then you can sell as part of seasonal offers, whether it is Black Friday or Christmas, whatever your your birthday, whatever you can license or affiliate them. You can turn them into private podcasts, which I have done and I keep doing so many times. You can use as affiliate incentives.

So I think that it's amazing so far, don't you think? So I actually wanted to talk to you about something that is a real case let me find it just one SEC. Here we go. Ok, so where is it?

So A1 on one client of mine recently ran a free a day bundle with an upgrade option at 9$ over one thousand two hundred people on average joined for free and 45 % of them upgraded, which means four thousand eight hundred and sixty dollars in revenue from a single low ticket upsell 4000 860$ revenue from a single low ticket upsell in eight days. And so those are so those are over 14K is, is not correct so I'm sorry, but this light is not correct.

16:11 So just listen to what I'm when I'm, when I'm what I'm telling you because I have the correct information in my mind. So according to their data, to the data of my client, half of those free sign ups will still be on their email list a year from now and their average annual purchase per customer will be 47 52 dollars this is a correct data and that's an additional twenty eight thousand five hundred and twelve dollars projected from long term monetization just from a micro offer ten nine nine dollar up nine dollars upgrade.  

17:01 You can do the same. Absolutely i mean I have so many clients who do that. Micro products fuel your ecosystem they don't sit on the side. This is something so important to remember because there has been this huge paradigm shift that not everyone has acknowledged or even noticed that, but also acknowledged yet and I'm here to tell you what, is it really working right now so they drive the growth engine of a healthy small business.

17:39 Every micro product should lead somewhere remember that could be your membership, your mastermind, your next level offer somewhere. Ok, now let's move forward and let's see what we have here we have our beautiful framework, which is so easy and nice. So the three-part macro results framework. First part, create once, sell forever, party 2, stuck plus scale party 3, build the bridge. So follow me because this is absolutely amazing this is mind blowing what I'm going to tell you is mind blowing.  

18:23 Ok, so the first one is create once and sell forever.  

18:29 Just solve 1 specific problem focus on that. Just solve 1 specific problem, create something that you can deliver in 30 minutes or less and use fast formats like Google Doc, Camba, Notion, Trello, whatever. So keep it tight. 1 micro topic, one small promise. Use the simplest format. Remember, Dan is profitable and it's what makes micro products so repeatable and powerful. You don't need 20 pages or hours of video. You just need something your audience can apply right away and win and run away and win with it. So this simplicity is what allows you to create multiple products and create a compounding momentum in your business.

19:32 If you look on my website, you will see probably not all of them are there. I think that I have more than 3030 programs, 30 micro offers of yeah, probably there more than that, yeah. So then we can move to the stock and scale, which is the second part of the framework. So your first micro product is in the end, OK your first micro program is in the end, it's the beginning of a product ecosystem. Each product with that can be a trilogy, a series, bundle options.

20:18 Each product gives you more leverage, more buyers, and more opportunity to serve in small, repeatable ways. When you start them strategically, they start to speak to each other and that's the Third Point, the third bullet point here,  

20:36 One teases up one tease up the next and you build a buyer journey you literally build a buyer journey that compounds in power, not just for you, not just for your business, but especially for your clients that will definitely recognize, I can acknowledge how powerful and transformative and weak winds are your product and want to keep working with you. So that said, that's how micro products become the foundation for a scalable business that grows without you burning out, which is something that we definitely do not want ever and that that happened to me more than once. Ok, now let's build a bridge, which is a beautiful way to say that every micro product should lead somewhere.

21:37 Your membership, your mastermind, your next level offer as I just mentioned, it's not just about making one sale as I teach in one of my micro offers called scale. It's about guiding your buyer deeper into your world with intention. A 9$ When I say dollar, it could be euros, it could be Canadian dollars, it could be it could be pounds, whatever. So a 9$ product can be the doorway to A9 to a 97 membership or to a 2K coaching container simply because it delivered a quick winner and build trust when that 9 or even seven thing was delivered the first time.

22:34 So micro products aren't dead and they are bridges to more transformation, more profit, and longer client relationships. So first brainstorm 3 topics your audience wants and not just once but are willing to buy. When you are building momentum, keep going, keep going so and honestly, messy momentum beats perfect paralysis every day of the of the week of the year. And once you create your micro, your micro product, yeah, don't just sit on it, please. So contribute it to a bundle, mention it in a podcast interview, make it your flash sale or cheap wire. Use it as an affiliate bonus or even a feature it in your Instagram stories. So basically get it into circulation and let it start working for you because that's what we want from our business that works for us, right? So micro doesn't mean small in my world.

25:01 Micro doesn't mean small. Micro means focus, faster, profitable, available, sustainable for yourself or for your business, for your clients. This is the way I have built my business and we build momentum and money and trust the one tiny product at a time. So every offer adds gasoline to the fire, creating Ripper effects that stretch across your entire ecosystem. So you don't need big launches unless you want them to make big moves.
