Hi, I'm Christina Rava, I help coaches and course creators turn their expertise into scalable income with smart strategies, simple systems and AI powered tools. Over the years, I've worked with all kinds of online business owners, from coaches and consultants to membership and course creators, and no matter what niche they're in, most of them have the same goals and challenges.

00:31 They want to grow their income without constantly trading time for money, but they're short on time and they're not salespeople, so they don't always know how to launch, how to structure a sales campaign, or what to actually what to say to actually sell their offer. So that's why I'm here. That's why I'm creating this presentation it's because I'm so passionate about combining smart strategy with AI, especially when it comes to launching and selling digital offers in this presentation, I'm going to show you how AI can help you create high converting sales assets like your sales page, launch emails, and social posts in just a couple of hours.

01:14 Whether you're launching a course, coaching program or membership, this is a simple way to save a lot of time and start seeing better results from your launch efforts. Basically, AI is a sales superpower, and if you're not already using it, I highly recommend that you do just a quick little side note, I'm just using the term, the broad term AI throughout this presentation. Personally, I use chat GPT for the things that I'm going to be talking about, but there are other great AI tools out there specifically, I've heard a lot of great things about Claude for writing copy.

01:51 So these are general principles that I'm going to be talking about that don't have to be, they're not specific to a certain AI platform. So there are three core benefits of AI in this area of making sales of your offers. The 1st is that it reduces overwhelm and helps you skip the guesswork. By using AI, you don't have to figure out what to write in your sales materials, what sections to include, or even how to say it.

02:24 Ai can walk you through the structure and give you a starting point for all of your copy so that blank page feeling is gone. And this is especially helpful if you've never done a proper launch before, because AI helps you feel supported and confident in what you're putting together. The second reason you should be using AI for your launches and sales system is that it saves A tremendous amount of time. With the right prompts, you can generate full sales pages, launch email, sequences even social posts in a few hours instead of days, weeks or months.  

03:06 You're not starting from scratch, you're getting a high quality first draft that then you can then edit instead of writing everything from a blank page by yourself. This is a total game changer when you're short on time or juggling a million things in your business. And then a third reason AI is tremendously helpful when it comes to launching and selling is that it improves your results. It doesn't just make things faster, it makes them better because when you're using AI strategically, you get more consistent messaging, clear positioning, and more persuasive language across all of your sales assets.

03:47 You can also use it to test different angles or variations with your sales copy, something that would take a lot of time to do manually. But it also yields very helpful insights when it comes to optimizing your copy, and I'm going to talk about a little bit more about that later. So in other words, AI helps you launch smarter and more quickly and not harder.

04:15 Now I'm going to talk about more specifically how AI can help you launch and sell your offer there i have a really long list of ways that AI can help, so I tried to categorize all the things on my list into three main areas. And if you're new to launching, it may be helpful to you to think of these individual parts of a launch so that it feels more manageable and less overwhelming to you. The 1st is planning your launch, so thinking about what is your sales strategy, how you're going to position your offer, what assets you need, that kind of thing.  

04:51 Then the second is actually creating the sales assets that you need for the launch. And then the third is optimizing them to get the best results pop, I'm going to go through each of these one at a time. So planning with AIAI can help you in a few different ways here one, it can help you clarify your offers positioning, but this means things like defining the ideal buyer who you're targeting with your launch, defining the transformation that they're going to get through your offer, anticipating what kind of questions they're going to have and mapping out your launch plan or your sales funnel like what are the key pages that you need, the emails and the general flow of your launch.

05:36 The planning work is usually where people get stuck because you know you need this in place to get the ball rolling, but people don't know where to start or exactly what process to follow. Ai can help you move through it quickly and with more confidence without second guessing every decision. So basically this stage, using AI in the stage gives you a really solid strategic foundation for your launch. The next part of a launch that AI can help you is creating your sales assets in a fraction of the time that it would take for you to create them from scratch. It can help you write your full sales page, copy the headline, the benefits, what's included objections, a call to action.  

06:29 And I'm going to go through that in more detail soon but the the basic idea is that it can help you write word for word what should go on your sales page for your offer. It can also help you create your full email launch sequence about usually about 5 to 7 emails that nurture your subscribers, present your offer, answer questions, introduce urgency and so on. And when you once you have your sales page and your sales emails, it can help you turn that messaging into social content that you can use to further promote your offer.

07:09 Even if you only use AI for the first draft of these things, it can save you hours and hours of time and also help you show up more consistently in your launch because you have several different pieces of copy or several different ways of talking about your offer and and promoting and selling it.  

07:36 Basically, this saves you hours of time and helps you stay consistent across platforms. And then we have optimizing so I can help you refine, improve and get better results from the assets you've created. One example of this is it can generate AB test variations. What this means is that sometimes a small difference in sales copy or messaging can make a big difference in terms of conversions and sales. One example of that is the headline of a sales page. A headline has to make a very strong first impression on the reader because people have a pretty short attention span and so when they go to look at a sales page, if it doesn't grab their attention, they may click away and not read anything else on the page so it's having a headline that is really targeted to your ideal clients and hooks them, hooks their interest is hugely important.

08:43 So you can test different headlines for your sales page by having two different versions of the page that are identical except for the headline. So that would be, you know, in in the industry that's referred to as an AB test and you can see which one of the two of two different options performs better. And then once you have enough data to come to that conclusion, you can then move forward with the stronger headline. Ai can help you with this AB testing by coming up with variations for things like your the headline of your sales page, subject line through emails and calls to action in both your emails and your sales page.  

09:28 It can also help you edit the sales page copy and also emails by kind of giving it what you have and then asking it how can you improve the tone, the clarity, the length or the effectiveness of your copy. And then it can also fill in gaps so if there are any parts of your sales page or your emails where you're not addressing a question that your ideal client may have or you're not addressing a potential objection and that they may have to purchasing AI can help you fill in those gaps in your messaging.

10:12 So that it does cover all of the things that may going, that may be going through your clients ideal client's mind that will help push them over kind of like over the fence to make the sale. So even if you have launched before and you already have sales assets in place, AI can help you take what you've got and make it stronger without you having to spend hours rewriting everything.

10:46 So those are the things like the principles of how AI can help you with your sales assets for a launch. But I am a big believer in not just learning things but also implementing them. So I want to give you an action plan so that you know step by step what to do to start using AI in your launches and to help you make sales.

11:16 The first step is to use AI to help you identify the right offer. You can use it to brainstorm different ideas of what to sell in the 1st place based on your expertise, your audience's needs. And if you're feeling stuck here, my freebie is it's an AI assistant called the course Niche Idea Generator. And it asks for a few simple pieces of information about your business and then it will give you 10 different ideas for a course that you can sell and it could also be used to for ideas for a coaching program. So that's one thing that AI can help you with i would begin by either using my tool or just telling going going into chat GPT and telling it about who you are, what you do, who you serve, what they're struggling with, and then ask it to give you ideas for things that you could sell that would be in alignment with both your business and what your clients are looking for and need.  

12:23 The second step is to use AI to clarify the core message in your offers after Step 1, you should be able to choose which offer you want to move forward with. But now we're getting a little bit deeper into that by thinking about the positioning of it. Make sure that you're really clear on what problem the offer solves, who it's for, and the transformation it provides. So your goal here is to have a clear course transformation statement that becomes the foundation for your sales content. For example, I like to use the example of being like that because I used to be a meditation teacher so I think that a mistake that a lot of people make is making their course topic too broad so if I were a meditation teacher and I said, oh, I want to create a course on introduction to meditation that does sound clear, but it's not really compelling it's kind of bland and vague and boring.

13:31 But if I instead, if I focus on the benefit for the transformation of the course by saying this course is about meditation for busy executives so that they can focus better at work, communicate more clearly and thrive under stress. Now the core messaging of my course is so much more specific and so much more compelling that that course is a lot more likely to make sales than a broad meditation one O 1 course. So AI can help you with this it can help you really dig into the topic and figure out what angle to take, how to position it so that it really speaks to your ideal clients and makes it clear to them about what they're going to get out of it.

14:27 The third step, now that you have the idea of your course offer and a very clear positioning statement about who it's for and what transformation they can get out of it. Now you can start building your sales page. Still can ask AI to draft conversion focused copy that includes these things because a sales page has to have all of these elements to be complete and to have like basically all the information you need to provide your potential customers for them to make a decision about whether they want to buy.

15:04 It has to have a targeted and strong headline, something that you know, it's the first thing people read on a page and it has to be really specific for your ideal clients and it has to be strong in the sense that it hooks their attention, sparks some curiosity or interest, and makes them want to continue reading. It has to talk about the benefits that your course course offers and what the transformation is, which is what we just talked about in the previous step. It has to clearly say what's included so what do people get when they buy the course? It should have some kind of testimonials or social proof.

15:44 It should answer commonly asked questions and address potential objections and it should have clear and compelling calls to action. So you know places throughout the page where there is a button that people can click that will take them to the checkout page where they can complete their purchase. By using AI for this step, you can generate copy that speaks to your ideal customers and turns leads into sales. To do this step you, I would continue the same thread so if you're using Chachi BT and you've been having the conversation with it about what to sell and who the ideal customer is and what transformation they can get out of the course, Chachi BT now has all of that background information.

16:32 So in the same conversation in Chachi BT that you used for the 1st 2 steps, you can now ask it to draft you sales page copy and tell it that you want to include all of these things on your sales sales page. Step 4 is to ask AI to help you write a launch email sequence. Launch email sequence typically involves 5 to 7 emails that are sent out to your audience and the purpose of the emails is to get them to click on a link to your sales page.  

17:06 Some topics that launch emails generally cover are one, a warm up or educational email, meaning you have to kind of talk about the problems that your ideal client is facing and the solution that they're looking for, and then you present your course as the solution to their problems and challenges so that's like emails one and two. And then there's typically an offer breakdown email where you talk about in detail everything that people get when they enroll there. An email that typically focuses on a case study or provides some testimonials or social proof. There's an email that focuses on answering questions and addressing objections.

17:57 And then toward the end of the launch, there's usually an email that introduces urgency that says like there's only 24 hours left or there are only 5 spots remaining. Like urgency, some kind of urgency that gets people off the fence to take action and by the course. And then a final call email when your enrollment is closing. So basically you can ask chat at GBT that you want a variety of emails for your launch that cover all of these different things and to help you write copy and subject lines in such a way that your emails get opened and clicked.

18:41 Now that you have your sales page copy and launch email sequence. Yeah, that's now in the chat that you've been working on with chat GBT or another AI platform, you can have it turn that messaging into social media content so you're basically repurposing your sales page and your sales email into social media content. Some examples of that are you can ask it to generate Instagram captions, scripts for Reels or videos behind the scenes content a lot of times people are very curious about like what what it looks like inside the course or like how how you created it or maybe some new feature that you're adding to the course.

19:25 And then also countdown posts so that people are aware that there is urgency there's maybe a limited number of spots available or a limited amount of time left to enroll. And so chat GPT or another AI platform can help you come up with the specific messaging for those social posts. And then you'll have content that helps you stay visible online during your launch without creating more work for yourself. And then the final step is to edit what chat GPT gives you so tweak your AI drafts to sound like you plug it in to the platforms, the tack that you're using to launch so you need to put your sales page copy into a landing page builder that you have a web page that people can go to to.

20:18 You know, read about your launch and make a purchase and then you would set up and schedule the emails in your email service provider and set up and schedule the social post and then launch. So remember here, I can't really emphasize this enough, that done is better than perfect. You can relaunch this thing later once you have this experience under your belt and once you see how people are reacting to your launch. But initially your goal is just to to get it out there don't agonize about being perfect because you can always refine things later. And AI can help you get 80 % of the way they are when it comes to getting your offer out into the world.

21:07 So really quickly before we wrap up, I want to give you some smart prompting tips as a bonus to help you get better results from AI. The first tip is when you're chatting with AI, give it a role so that it knows the perspective to use or how to function. For example, when I work on sales assets for my launch, I tell it act like a conversion copywriter who specializes in digital offers and then I go on to say what I'm looking for so I would say act like a conversion copy copywriter who specializes in digital offers and write a sales page for, you know, whatever the name of the offer is with the following sections.  

21:57 This helps AI understand the tone, the structure and the goal of the content that you're asking it to produce for you. The second prompting tip is to give it clear context. Tell it specifically what you're selling, who it's for and what the outcome is. So you can say I'm launching a course group, group program membership etcetera. That helps whoever the target client is to achieve a certain thing so in this example, pre sell their course in 30 days.  

22:33 If you just start out by saying please help me write a sales page for my course, that's a little vague, but if you give a context about the course, it'll do a much better job in terms of writing the sales page copy for you. Also, be specific with your request so instead of saying write a sales page period, say write a persuasive sales page that highlights the transformation of the course, includes 3 key benefits, and ends with a strong call to action i would even give it more detail you can go back to this slide that I had about this one about what to include in a sales page, what sections to have.  

23:13 You can jot these down or take a screenshot. And then when you are using chat GBT, be specific and make sure that it knows that it has to include all of those sections in the sales page copy so I guess that kind of leads into number four provide the structure so tell it to outline the sections each section with a headline, short copy, and a call to action for each. Sometimes I like to have bullet points like let's say I have a section that lists pain point for my audience i would say make this section have a headline about their pain points and then have 5 bullet points that goes deeper into each one or something like that.  

24:00 And make sure that there's a call to action at the end so again, the more specific you can be, the better results you're going to get. And then understand and expect that the output that you're going to get the first time from chat GPT is not going to be your final output. You can go through different iterations with it, go back and forth and tell it how to make it better or how to align it better with what you're looking for.

24:27 So for example, some things that I might say to chat GBT are take your first draft and make it more benefit driven or rewrite it in a different tone, like a more conversational tone and make it sound less formal. Or I might say simplify what you wrote and make it shorter. Or conversely, I might say elaborate on a certain section and make it more detailed. So go back and forth until you get a draft that is more along the lines of what you're looking for.

25:00 To recap, when it comes to launching your offer, you don't need to be a copywriter by profession you don't have to have a background in sales, and you definitely do not need to spend months or even weeks planning or writing any of your sales assets from scratch. With AI and the right strategy, you can build everything you need to launch and sell your offer literally in just a few hours.
