So it is what it is but we're going to change that today. I'm Jasmine Bryant, ATV, producer, Hollywood trained actress, and visibility coach. I've helped hundreds of people to show up confidently on camera and now I help build brands that convert. So let's talk about how you can do the same. This session is for women business owners who feel like the best kept secret. Coaches, consultant experts who are tired of posting with no results. Women who want to be visible without content burnout.

If that's you, take some notes and let's keep going. So before I started my business, I spent decades in TV both in front of and behind the camera. And I've trained reporters, high profile guests, how to be more more confident and natural on camera and I saw first hand what worked and what didn't. Now, when running my previous businesses, women kept asking me how I could put myself out there on camera.

And while it was second nature to me, I realized that so many women entrepreneurs were struggling with the visibility, not because they weren't good enough, but because no one ever taught them how to show up on camera in a way that felt powerful and authentic. So that's why I created Fear No Video to help women own their space and to show up like the badass CE OS they are. So you might be thinking, I don't know what to say. I hate how I look on camera. I post but no one bites. I don't want to be an influencer. I hear you.

So let's be real though, you didn't start your business to spend all day dancing on Instagram and Tiktok. But visibility is your responsibility. And there's good news because you can do it without the overwhelm. So I'm going to show you a little bit of that. But first, let's bust some myths. Let's talk about Sarah. Sarah's a Wellness coach who knew her methods worked. Her clients got these incredible results, but Sarah struggled to show up online because she didn't know how to structure her method. The moment she shifted to a strategic, simple visibility plan, she saw her engagement increase.

And within just two months, she had three new premium clients who found her through video. So myth number one you have to post every day. I've said it before and we've all been told you need to post every day to stay relevant. And after doing some research and digging in a little bit deeper, it's not really true. You need content that works while you sleep, not content that drains you. It's kind of like working out. They always say what's the best exercise for you to do? It's the one that you will actually do. And so if creating content is too much for you and it drains you and it becomes a chore, then you're not going to do it and that will keep you invisible it will keep you stuck.

And also think about, you know, maybe you've scrolled past someone's post because they felt like they were too much. Well, that's what happens when you focus on quantity over quality. Instead, imagine having just like a handful of well crafted videos or posts that establish trust and position you as the go to expert. I teach my clients to work smarter and not harder. And one caveat to this, I'm not saying have one post a week and call it done because that's not going to work either. There is a sweet spot and so we've worked together to help you find the sweet spot myth number two you have to go viral now virality looks good right on paper, but visibility that attracts the right audience well, that's where the money is because 10.000 thousand views a, million views isn't putting food on your table.

Let's talk about Lisa. She's a a leadership coach and she was so focused on growing her following that she lost site of engagement. She had a few viral videos but no new client. And once she stopped really kind of like chasing the trends and started creating content that spoke directly to her dream client, she landed three speaking gigs and doubled her income. And she also had a lot less pressure on herself because content creation wasn't another job, it was just part of her business. All right, myth number three you have to be perfect on camera. This could not be further from the truth.

Confidence it's not about being perfect confidence. It's about being prepared it's about being clear it's about being connected. So I've worked in TV for years, and you know what separates people who captivate on camera from those who don't? It's not perfect lighting. It's not flawless delivery. It's perfect it's a connection and see not a flawless delivery right there i lost my train of thought. Full disclosure, there is a dog here in my in my building who has been howling all day and it is very hard to concentrate. So you know, I, I'm doing what I can, but I'm not I'm not perfect would I want this to be absolutely clean without any flubs? Yes.

Will it be? No anyway, It's about connection. Your audience needs to feel like you're real. They will listen if they feel like you're real. Think about Al Roker, America's favorite weatherman right? Versus some anchor on a news program that you forget their name as soon as the show is over. They are aiming to be perfect and what is perceived to be the the right person to be on TV and not just who they are. And so then they fail so instead of aiming for perfect, aim for present your message.

It matters more than these minor stumbles or tech mishaps. And you know, I say, I've said this before, if you've ever followed me, I've had live stream interviews where my Internet has gone down or the guest Internet has gone down their camera broke in the middle. Things happen, right? But we just keep going it's how you recover. And the audience didn't leave the audience stuck around so you just need to remember that your message is more important than these minor stumbles or these tech mishaps or the howling dog that makes it hard to concentrate. So what do you do instead how do you make a visibility shift? So we're going to start showing up like the bad ass CEO that you are.

You're going to treat video like your business card. You sprinkle it everywhere so people know you and can trust you. You plan content with intention. You use storytelling and structure and you focus on connection, not perfection. You want your content to become a strategic asset, not a chore. You want to lean into storytelling, lean into presence, lean into purpose. That's where the visibility shift starts and that's where the magic happens because once you start doing that, you'll see things change and you get off that hamster wheel of I have to create, I have to create, I have to create. Let's talk about Maria for a second.

She is a financial consultant. She was terrified of going live, but she knew her audience needed her knowledge. So we worked with her message and her mindset.
