So here in this 20 minutes, we'll be learning how to activate your marketing, how to bring the energy of aliveness in your marketing and how to let people come to you instead of you going out and chasing them. My intention is to really give you the Power Pack transformation during the next twenty thirty minutes of our time together. So let's go around quickly. Let me start by introducing myself i'm Sonia i'm Sonia Motwani, a business coach and an alchemist for women like you, the soul centered, ambitious woman who really want to go out there and live their purpose, serve their humans and make glorious money not for just themselves, but for your future, for the generation to come.

I started my entire business by selling 20$ blog post and now I'm nearing two hundred K in my total revenue in business after 2 and a half years. And this is all because of organic marketing. I haven't paid a single penny for ads or do for any inorganic marketing.
01:34 It's all through word of word of mouth. It's all through reference it's all through showing up on social media and marketing my offers in a way that pulls people in, that brings them closer to my orbit. And that's what I'm going to teach you today. So, and it's not just me, even my ABA students so I have this lifetime business coaching container called Align Business Alchemy. And all of my ABA students, they do, they use the same method that I use for building my business.
02:08 So they have also been growing their business with love, power and conviction. They have been signing clients left, like right and centre through the power of organic marketing. So let's discuss what actually is marketing. I'm not here for all these textbook definitions. Marketing means providing value to someone way before they decided to join to buy from you. This is a form of marketing. Even before you choose to pay me or even before you decide that I OK, I really vibe with this human and I want to work with her i see the coach in her like she's my dream come true coach.
02:49 I see her and I really want to work with her. Even before you reach at that point of decision in your life and your business, I keep on providing value. That is what is marketing. The marketing is nothing but providing value ahead of time even before they decide to pay you. Now another meaning of earn the definition of marketing is also self-expression Marketing is bringing your unfiltered, true raw form, the transparent version of you, accepting all the shadow parts of you and bringing it to your people, letting them see you naked, letting them, letting them see you in your true potential, in your true power.
03:35 That is what marketing is. So two different definitions for marketing activation marketing is something that we'll be talking about today because I really want people to feel your energy to get really activated because when people are activated, they want to come to you, they approach you and they see the coach inside of you that they really desire to work with. So activation marketing isn't just about pulling in the clients, it's about you being pulled deeper into your purpose. The activation will only come when you are connected with your purpose, with your mission.
04:15 Just as I say, you are not here just to have a quick buck, You're not here to make some rich philosophy or doing something for a little while. You are here to build a legacy. You're here to serve your purpose. So the deeper you are connected with your purpose, your mission and your calling, it becomes very inevitable for your clients to feel your attraction, to feel the same energy from you. It's something you do beyond money and needing clients just as you know you are here in the vortex, you are so deeply pulled by your mission and your purpose that everyone around you, that is your future clients, they get pulled towards your purpose and towards your mission.
05:01 So what happens when you are pulled and we are so deeply connected to your own purpose, to your own mission? Everything that comes through you will be in the form of activation. And people sense energy even before they sense the words. You sense the energy even before you lend it here, which is why you're watching this. Similarly, your people also sense the energy. Whatever you are writing in your copy, they read it later.
05:34 They sense your energy, your pull, your activation, your attraction even before they read a single word from you. So the energy of activation and aliveness versus what do I have to do to make it work so the question isn't what do I have to do? I always tell my students, this is not the right question to ask, especially if you are an entrepreneur.
06:01 It's not about having to do. It's about wanting to do. It's about getting to do so. Are you waking up every single day obsessed with your work, with your creativity, with your content and with your life? 06:17 Are you really waking up purposeful every single day? I I get it there are some days when you won't feel that connection, but this is not the everyday thing. Like this is not about every day that I'm not feeling connected i'm I'm just running around and looking out for clients and running around and rushing to just make money. But are you truly connected and so obsessed with your work, you go into native Treaty of it. You're so obsessed with your own creativity you're so obsessed with your own life because this is coaching. This is human to human interaction we are not dealing here with machines.
06:56 We are dealing here with the lives of real, actual humans with complex emotions, with connection, with feelings. Which is why you could not separate emotions from your business. And I don't believe in that. You cannot try to make this work this this needs to be like this work of yours. This business of yours needs to be fired it needs to be a passion it needs to be a joy, it needs to be your energy, even if you aren't in the leg, even when you aren't making the kind of money. You know, every time a client comes to me and they tell me, but for me, how do I feel activated and so powerful when I don't have clients, when I don't have money, I am literally in the leg energy how do I show up in my marketing with such power when here my selling is not working, when I don't have clients, when I don't have money? And you need to understand that even in that space you aren't in like because you are choosing to be an entrepreneur, you are choosing to have this business and that in itself is a huge, huge blessing you know, so many people in the entire world, you think about the third world country, so many people in the world would not get the opportunity to even think about this kind of life.
08:21 And here you are planning about this kind of flight so of course you are not in leg. So stop giving yourself all these reasons. Pick yourself up and feel the energy of your work. Really understand why you are doing what you're doing get to the deeper root of it, not just because you want to clients or you want to make a quick sale. Do not do the work because of that.
08:47 So let's get into the marketing thing now here's the thing, you've got enough offer. You have an amazing offer and your clients are getting the results the current clients are absolutely getting the results. But now it's time to call in new aligned clients, the one who why with your energy, your values and I absolutely delighted to work by you. And they are right in your orbit. It's not that you have to go around and you know, run ads or go around and find them on online.
09:21 They are already in your orbit they are following you, they are watching you, they know you exist. But the question is, we haven't bought from you yet. So why is that?
09:34 I'll tell you why is that? It's not because you don't have certifications, so you do not need certifications so stop running and collecting bunch of certifications just to hang behind your wall. Ok you do not need them you're just doing that for the validation. You don't need website i don't have website and I am about to cross hundred K mark. You don't need cool IT presence. You don't need those 10K followers. You can build your business from, you know, one of my clients, she has around 4003 to 4000 followers and she is already making 10 KA month without doing without just sitting around all day in front of a laptop and keeping on pushing out content because of marketing.
10:28 I'll teach you how. It's not because they don't like you you know, sometimes they are just like, oh, people don't like me and I'm just not one of them they don't like me. Just cast it out. It's not that. It's also not that your offer isn't good enough because your offer is giving results to your previous client so it's obviously good enough and it's also not because you don't have a sales page yet. I I'm selling my high end offer without sales page. So let me be the proof that you don't need all these things to make a really good kind of money in your business.
11:06 What you do need is your marketing. There is this connection between people and people getting inside your container. They are following you, they are watching you they like your work your offer is amazing, but they're not able to take the leap to get inside your offer, not connecting with you they're not able to get inside your DMS and ask you how do I pay you? And it's the cost of your marketing. The weak signal here is the marketing piece. The people want to buy from you but they cannot win. They don't feel connected to you in your marketing when you sound robotic.
11:49 Ai is here, everyone's content is same. If you are just sounding like everyone else, people don't connect with you. Your offer isn't clearly present that you're not present in your offer, clearly in your marketing you're not letting them know what is the problem that you are solving and how could you help them. The third one, you they don't feel safe reaching out to you. And this is because maybe they have had previous coach experience where the coaches are just chasing clients in their DMS and because of which they don't feel safe reaching out to you.
12:29 Through your marketing, you can solve these things. You can help people feel safe, feel connected, no, and like energetically, you can create the culture of your marketing where people feel so safe reaching out to you, where they know that you won't push them, you won't convince them, you won't be coming with the energy of graspiness. They don't see themselves in your marketing this is such a huge thing when they are reading your marketing. If they don't see themselves in your marketing, of course they won't believe that you are someone who could help them. They don't know what and how working with you feels like.
13:10 They don't have your experience in your marketing you have never shown them the experience maybe you have never curated certain pieces of content that can showcase your experience to them that this is how working with me feels like. They don't feel activated in your presence because you don't feel activated in your presence. That is why it's not like activation is not something like you just take it out of the box or you eat something and feel after it.
13:41 There are no such pills for activation, OK? It's something you feel when you're so connected, when you're divinely connected with your work, that is when you feel activated. So let us solve these questions and we'll focus on few two things your inner activation, because when you're activated from within, people sense it, they feel your energy and they come to you. And second one is allowing people to come to you instead of going out there looking around, convincing them, using sales and marketing tactics to grab them and we are not doing that we are letting them come to you.
14:21 Remember, you are a coach. There are some professional standards for a coach. You don't go to them, they come to you. Just as doctors are not knocking, knocking the doors and asking you do you need help do you need the surgery? Do you need the pills oK, have you ever seen that? You go to them? Same way the clients come to you and your people want to be in your activation. This is why they'll come to you because they want to be in your presence they want to be in your alignment and activation.
14:55 So here's what happens every time they feel activated in reading any of your marketing work something and then shifts and the internal dialogue is every time I read this process work, something in me shifts. I really start to feel better. I really get to know myself better. I really feel so connected to my own self and my own people purpose. Let me go and ask her how can I work with her? What it would be working with her for six months, a year, 2 years? How would it change me? That is when they will take the action so people want to be in your alignment and activation because nothing attracts them to you more than your powerful presence.
15:42 No words would ever make sense. The messaging is the letter part. This one is about who just found you you know there are people who just find find you and they feel so excited to work with you they aren't reading your marketing. They just feel your presence, your energy, your aliveness and activation. And people want to be in the rooms that activates them, that makes them feel alive.
16:13 Think, let us think in people want to be in the rooms that activates them and makes them feel alive. And as a coach, it's your number one priority to be activated by your work and by your life. This will spark inner aliveness in your people. And the best way to bring your alignments and activation is to be in the rooms that make you feel alive and activated. This is so underrated. I cannot ever stop talking about being in the containers, being in the coaching rooms where you are feeling activated, grounded. I'm really alive in your own coaching, in your own breakthroughs, in your own power because if you feel that impact in the coaching, you would go out there and create more of such impact through your marketing and people will sense it and they will be really cool.
17:09 They want to be in your containers, in your spaces because they want to feel the aliveness and activation.
17:18 Ok, so where have you been losing your activation in your marketing? Here are these things and I really want to take some time to explain you 1 by 1 and I I have the entire separate marketing course inside my lifetime business coaching container called Align Business Alchemy. The marketing course is called Road and I have discussed step by step every single thing that you need to market your offers to your people.
17:50 So maybe I'm being too much. Sometimes we even are so scared to take spaces. We cannot talk more about intimacy, we cannot talk more about sex, we cannot talk more about making money. The shame is so deeply inclined in us because of which we feel that maybe I'm taking so much space, maybe I'm being too much online and people will not like it. People will dislike me for that, so we try to shrink ourselves.
18:22 What I have to share isn't valuable i'm not good enough. I'm not good enough as a coach i'm not good enough as a leader, and I don't think I have something that is valuable to be shared. That is the second one, to compare yourself to someone else's journey you see they're flashing marketing and you're like oh God, I don't know when I'll be able to reach to their level. They constantly doubt yourself by comparing your journey, your beginning to someone else's middle. You filter your words because who am I to see this you want to spare online, You want to talk about deep dark roots, We'll talk about shadows.
19:03 You talk about feminine power you want to talk about sex, you want to talk about intimacy. But you just shrink yourself thinking, who am I to see this thinking I'm worrying too much about copywriting, content strategy and perfect wording. This has killed so many creators and so much of creativity because you are constantly focused on getting it perfect and getting it right. So you don't do it at all. And in the back of your brain you are like, OK, I'm doing the work.
19:38 Maybe I have created a post, I want to post it online. And then then you get so critical you start to edit it from every angle, start to reword it, you start to search the perfect poster about it or the graphic for it. And until it comes to posting, you have lost that spark and you're like, I don't know, this is not good enough. You just post it for the sake of posting it, and of course it doesn't work.
20:10 No one is watching watching they don't care engagement is low. They're so constantly looking for the algorithm you're constantly looking for to reach. You're looking for likes and whenever they get low, you feel that no one is watching, no one is interested in your work and hence it discourages you. And you don't go out there and talk about your offers more market with all your heart. You don't see your offers valuable enough to be talked about again and again. Marketing is about talking what you offers again and again, helping people understand offers from various different perspective.
20:56 I teach this inside my program where we have the exercise called this diamond marketing where you explain offers from various different angles because there are different kinds of buyers who understand things differently. Your marketing smells of desperation instead of connection when whenever you are talking about your offers, it seems like you are begging people to come and just pick you pick me up kind of energy from a coach instead of really positioning yourself as this is the revolution I'm thinking in, this is my work, this is where I am and I want you to be here as well with me.
21:41 Come step up. That is not bagging, that is empowering someone that is seeing the potential in them, helping them realize it and wanting them to take decision towards it. So it's about connection, not about desperation. And here is the thing, you won't need any copywriting skills to market your offer if you are being activated by your work, by your purpose, by your mission. Because an impactful person could be its impact through her marketing.
22:19 Hence, if you haven't experienced any breakthroughs or the impact of coaching, you won't be able to translate that energy into words and market it to your people. You won't need any copywriting if you are an impactful person. In the beginning stages of my business, all I knew was how coaching really shaped me. I would change my viewpoint i would help me see my own wounds, and I wanted people to know that. And because I was coming from this place of conviction and so much faith in this coaching industry that I just went out and talked about it.
22:56 An impactful person who is really being impacted by coaching would go out and talk about it without any copywriting skills.
23:08 And also there will be always lack of energy if you haven't experienced this kind of magic and activated and alive coach markets with confidence and conviction because they are activated and alive in their life. I'm not talking just about business activated and alive in their life. This is the conscious work that we are doing, which is why it's not separate and business regardless of your current circumstances, they choose to lead because leading means going first, going often and going with purpose this is something that my coach taught me and and it stayed with me forever.
23:49 To be a leader is to me is that means you go first, you walk on that path fast. Whatever you are telling your clients to do, you do it fast. You do it often. Even though it's scary, it's hard, you do it often. You are telling them to.
24:09 Have a diet plan to really follow certain kind of mental health work you need to do yourself first and do it often and do it with purpose because this is what leading means.
24:28 And an activated marketing allows the clients to come to you rather than you going out and chasing them. Just as you know the butterflies come to the garden, the garden doesn't go and you know, chase the butterflies the garden is there in its energy, flourishing, spending its time blooming, nurturing itself, and that fragrance brings in butterflies. That is what will happen to you when your marketing is activated.
25:03 The clients will find you, they will come to you, and you would not have to worry about low engagement, low reach people second guessing what to post, what not to post, going for the viral strategy, and thinking about where I'll find clients from. Rather, you will move with fraternity, conviction and unshakable confidence because you know that the marketing is enough. Because you are activated, you know it's enough for people to come reach out to me, book a call with me and get inside my office.
25:36 Also, here are certain subtle ways where you think that you aren't convincing your clients, but you are and you're reaching out to them and letting them know about your SO. Anytime you are making the first move, that means you are chasing the client. Call DME, chasing the client, sending them your post, tagging them, sending them the reminder. You know, in the back of our mind we are like, OK, they might have forgotten, but what actually you are doing is you are doing the first you're taking the first move. You're not letting them come to you.
26:08 I'll tell you why it's important. They're arguing with them in your content then that mean girl energy is coming. You know, if you are not taking the step here, this will happen to you. Those kinds of posts, we are very off putting. I think about this how would you feel if someone is convincing you for their offer? If you're on the other side? Maybe you reached out to them once you really like their content and genuinely you've reached out to them. But here they are throwing in their calendar link at you, throwing in their offers at you.
26:41 It's not cool, it's very unprofessional. Would you want to work with that coach? Of course not. And when you do this, you lose confidence in your skills and start talking. You don't think that your marketing is working hence you go out and make that first move. You're doubting yourself as a coach. Your energy drops and you start convincing people in your marketing. So here's how you will miss out on a great transformation I'm offering if you don't Join Now, the fee urgency in marketing. This happens because you you are not activated by your own magic and by your own power. You start belittling them in your content. You start to make them see how broken they are.
27:30 You also start to question your own identity as a code and the process of signing clients so think about this. If you have to go around clients chasing them every time to make money, to have sales, would you? How, how many times would you repeat this? Is it really a sustainable business model that you can build your hundred K to hundred K your business? I don't think so. Your place in industry maybe I'm not meant to be here. Everyone is signing clients. Ok, so I don't want this for you. I want clients to come to you. So we will let clients to come to you because when clients come to you, it's their idea, because they like what you're doing, they feel the pull, they reach out to you.
28:20 And when it's their idea, their motivation, their desire, they will do the work. They will do the work once they are in your container, once they have signed up for your one-on-one these are called as self LED clients. Everyone talks about self LED clients this is how self LED clients are created. You don't go chase them, they come to you. It's their idea, it's their desire. They are so motivated, so pulled, they come and this is how they show up in the coaching because they are taking decisions themselves. You are not taking decisions on their behalf, they are taking it.
29:03 Hence they are self LED. Also, when they reach, when you reach out to them, it affects their buying experience. Think about how different will your marketing be when you aren't convincing or chasing people, you aren't making sure they get it. Think about this for a moment, how calm and comforting your energy would be in your marketing when you're not chasing clients, when you're not here, convincing people that you'll see I have such a brilliant offer, pick me, pick me you're not coming with that energy we are showing them.
29:38 This is how powerful it gets to work with me. This is who I am and this is what I get when with what you get when you work with me, Keeping it very sharp and clear. How will it show up in your energy? How will it affect people who are consuming your marketing? How will it be? How will affect their experience? They're watching you market your upwards. They're following you. They will have certain kinds of experience of you through your marketing. How would they feel thinking about you as a client? How do you feel about your dream come true coach when they are marketing.
30:25 That is the same way you want your clients to be when you are going out there and marketing your office. So go watch it back and bring that energy of aliveness and activation in your marketing. Because marketing is the very first step to letting people know who you are, how you can help them and bring them in your world. And then the transformation happens. Ok.
