00:02 We have been told so many things about this ability. As girls we were told don't be too loud, don't speak unless you are spoken to, be polite, smile more, tone it down. Then as women, we were told to be palatable, modest, to not outshine others, especially men. We internalize that being seen meant being in danger, that being visible meant being weak, that leadership would cost us love, safety, approval. And to some extent, this is not completely wrong from an evolutionary point of view, but we are in 2025 and so I think that things should have a new.
01:05 Should be. 01:08 Revised and updated because as women entrepreneurs, we were told that if we wanted to succeed, we'd better hustle, but not too hard. Or we'll look desperate. Sell, but not too often. Otherwise we'll look healthy. Be confident, but don't you dare to be too confident or you'll be intimidating. You have no idea how many times I have been told that I was intimidating just because I was speaking my truth and I was speaking I was actually even contributing with information that men at the table, we are talking about business men at the business table were not didn't own and so I was intimidating.
02:09 Ok, so I don't know about you, but I call bullshit. And personally I've raised my daughter, now 28 as a proud, soulful woman who knows her voice matters. She speaks her truth with kindness and strength, stands up for your, for herself, without waiting for anyone else to save her, and does it and does it all with deep respect for herself and others so this means it is possible. So back to myself. For over 3 decades I let people i let other people, people I thought were power figures to look at in my life dictate how visible I was allowed to be and to to what extent. Family members, teachers, so-called friends, business partners, romantic partners, even my ex-husband the father of my daughter.
03:13 So it was a visibility bloodbath. And at some point my safe space.
03:24 Were were hiding became something else than visibility. So I hid in books like a total bookworm. I hid behind teaching others instead of doing it myself. I was always the supportive second because being first felt terrifying. Too much responsibility, too much pressure, too many eyes. I waited for instructions. I waited for permission i waited for acknowledgement and even in my own nightmares, even in my own nightmares until I was 40, I'm now 56 I couldn't scream.
04:16 I literally couldn't open my mouth to call for help. It was horrible. Just think, every time someone called my name, whether it's school, at the gym or a party, my blood would freeze in my veins. My stomach twisted, and my first thought was always, what did I do wrong? Like I would have done something unforgivable and was about to be humiliated or reprimanded in front of everyone and then, you know, kicked out of the group.
04:58 Until one day, yeah, until one day I was at a networking event, a truly glamorous affair in Milano. Think terrazzo floor designer heels are clicking per second, flowing in crystal glasses and a parity was spread that or that looked straight out of Vogue. And people air kissing with a Chow Bella while handing out thick gold and gold edged business cards like VIP passes. I would, I, I, I, I wasn't even supposed to speak.
05:43 I mean I was even supposed to be there but I was there to support a friend. Duto Sembra perfecto. Everything looked perfect except me. But somehow the host asked her if anyone wanted to share what they do. So I felt my heart pounding, my palm sweating, Something inside me whispered, you have something to say. And now we know now that that I know myself better, I know that that was the, the, the voice of my intuition, my higher self, or whatever you want to call it so you have something to say. So, not even realizing what it was doing, I stood up. 06:40 No pitch, no slides. I just told the room what I was tired of hiding, what I believed deep down, what I knew could change lives, what I was done apologizing for. And that moment and everything changed because when I spoke, not perfectly but fully, vulnerably, authentically, I felt my frequency shifted and people felt it too. A woman came up to me afterwards and said whatever that was at Louisa, I want more of it.

Feasibility is about being clear and present and unapologetically true to who you are so this means that you needed to do a little bit of work on yourself to know who you truly are first.
09:15 But let me tell you what visibility without apologies really means so I have a three very quick things that I want to share with you first, declare it. Second, own it. Third, amplify it, expand it. So declare. Say what you do, who you help, why it matters. Say that out loud. Say that on repeat to the right people, even when your voice shakes. Second, own it. Own your results own your story, Own your energy. Own your mistakes. Your magic doesn't need to be watered down for mass appeal no, no, no, no 3rd Amplify expanded visibility isn't a luxury. It's your duty to your mission, your message, and the people who are silently waiting for you to show up and lead.
10:28 So here what I know for sure you do not need to prove your worth to be visible. You do not need it to hit 6 figures or seven figures or 8 figures first. You do not need to lose a 10 pounds to fix your accent, to have a perfect nails, get better branding or wait for someone to say go. Visibility without apologies starts the moment you stop hiding who you already are. So today I wanted to give you this take up space. Say the things that you are scared to say maybe you can journal them before so so that you get acquainted to them so you are just saying them to yourself. Then say them.
11:23 Even if you are scared to say them. Tell the truth with your whole chest, your whole being involved. Be willing to be too much, too loud, too honest, too bold for the wrong people, because that's exactly what makes you perfect for the right ones. The client are already watching you, so the question here is, will you let them see the real you without apologies?

12:43 So here's what unapologetic visibility is not I always prefer to start with the not in 2025 It's not posting three times a day on Instagram with a quote unquote value just to stay relevant. It's not dancing on reals unless that genuinely lights you up or because it's part of what you do. It's not performing online to prove you are an expert. Visibility shouldn't be performance, no. So here's what it is here's what visibility in 2025 actually is because we are entering the second-half of 2025 And I want you to keep that very clear in front of of you and at the top of your mind. Visibility in 2025 is putting offers in front of your audience daily without waiting for a lounge.
13:53 You are in business and is if you are as same as me and you are using your own name and surname for your business, you are also a business, not just in business so visibility means making offer is part of your daily flow, not a special event. Let me repeat this because I think that our it will not be enough. How many times I can say that it will not be enough visibility means making offer as part of your daily flow, not as a special event.
14:34 Then visibility in 2025 it's using your email list like the asset it is. If you are, if you haven't built an email list yet first build your email list, then build your business. And if you are not emailing your list regularly because you're afraid of being annoying, that's visibility you are living on the table. That's money, cash you're living on the table. That's all the education you have had and you have paid for that you are living on the table.
15:17 All the efforts other people have done and you have done for yourself to get where you are, you are leaving that on the table and you are also living on the table. The most important thing your service to people who are in need of what you have together with it through your business. Then visibility. In 2025 it's repurposing your best content, loudly and often. If you said something powerful in a podcast, say it again in an email. Say it again in a carousel, say it again on a summit like this. Visibility is repetition with intention. And it's visibility in 2025 is also showing up in other people's rooms like I'm doing here.
16:17 Bundles, podcasts, collaboration summits, because your next client may not be in your audience, but they are definitely in someone else's and the other way around. And last but not least, in 2025 visibility is letting your offers speak to your brilliance. Visibility isn't just about you, it's about making it easy for someone to see how working with you changes their lives, their businesses and or their bank account. Now if you have been nodding along thinking I know I meant I meant to be visible. To be visible, but something still isn't working. So chances here, chances are the visibility isn't your problem or to let's let's say this in a in maybe in a in a clear way.
17:16 In this case, visibility might be the peak of the iceberg visibility might be a side effect, but the problem might be on on a different level. So invisible money leaks could be your problem. If that's the case, then they are costing you more than you think, more than you think.
