Now, if you know me, my name is Meileen May, and I am all about building community as part of your business. And part of your funnel.

Because in the world of AI, which I do love. I also know that people are questioning what is real and what is not. And so building a community of people who get to speak. Speak to you and speak to other people is so, so important. So Facebook isn't dying anybody asks that question. It's not dying. I help my clients get.

I would say 300 clients or leads per month So Facebook is not dying So first If you're going to build a Facebook group, make sure that your Facebook group Has a name that people are actually going to search and want to be in. Right? Because When people search for things They're not going to say Certain niches, but they are going to be Woman entrepreneurs Or Content creators Or social media managers. So try and make your name.

Link up with what it is that you do Number two Engagement. Engagements is what makes your Facebook group, as well as other Facebook groups, when you engage in those other groups.

So important Because when you engage on Facebook And you'll see in some groups, you actually get points. And you also get This little label next to your name, which some people love. And word like a bed of pride, which I am happy to say I do Is top contributor And that means that people are going to read your comments more and read your post more as well.

Most people burn out when they're creating content Because it feels like you are constantly creating content. You're on this constant Content Hammer Hammer Will RightSo to avoid the burnout It's important that you spend The time on Facebook Doing things That have meaning. That makes sense. So most Facebook groups have days That you go in And on those days, it tells you exactly what we're going to do Monday They talk about money So because it's an M and M, makes sense.

Monday, money manifestation Tuesday Tuesday wins. Tuesday, truth or dares. Tuesday, games Tuesday, tarot card readings. So when people come into your Facebook group or you go into someone else's Facebook group, you know exactly what you're going in there for So Tip number two Have a theme For every Single day Because it makes it easier. Also, you can set this up automatically in your Facebook group Because Then it's done and It posts automatically. You will also get a notification to say that it has been posted. But the people in your group also get used to Seeing that Post

So Every single day And it's not necessary every single day. But all the groups that I've helped build, we do this every single day. But you can, for your specific niche. Take a day that makes sense, where you'll have time to post and engage On your Facebook group as well as other people's Facebook groups I'm so excited about this. I know I might be speaking too fast But it's just because I'm so excited about Facebook and Facebook groups because I've really helped my clients.

Leverage other people's Facebook groups Okay Point number three. Tip number three for you Is. Lead magnets. It is so important for you to have a lead magnet before you comment On other people's posts, before you start your Facebook group, before you post in other Facebook groups. Because it's one thing to just post for engagements. They will get you comments They will get you the top contributor badge. But then where do people go? So you need a link in your comments of where people are going to go. Where is your freebie they're going to find or your low ticket offer.

So what is your lead magnet? Very important That is step number three And step number four is Retaining Your members inside your Facebook group Or getting to know Members in other Facebook groups because then you will be One of the Top people who post Okay How do you retain members or how do you retain Relationships with other members It's through connection.

So I'm not saying Comment on every single post Randomly. You want to be very Sure That people's posts you're posting on or commenting on. Aligns with the kind of clients you want So if someone goes into a Facebook group and they ask a question on. Productivity And you sell social media You know that by selling social media. You need to create a content calendar. So that is a post you want to comment on Your comments about how having a social media content calendar helps with productivity.

And then they'll say, oh, okay, not only does this person help with productivity, but but they also help me with social mediaAnd then they will remember you and remember your name. But it's not just the author of the post that is actually going to be reading thattEvery single Other person who has commented Will also read that for you So I think those are the tips for the day. I wanted to keep this nice and short and sweet so you could listen to this.

In under 10 minutes So that you can go and implement everything we have discussed So in summary And I do this naturally as a community manager or in my VIP days when I'm speaking with my clients.

I plan out which Facebook groups they need to be in, how to build their own Facebook group, how to name their Facebook group, as well as which Lead magnet they should use or which freebie, and how to engage I also teach their staff members and their team how to engage because it's not only important for you to be able to engage
Because it's your platform and you own it.

But people who work for you also need to know the language you use and how you speak So when they comment On your behalf Because every Facebook group you know has a moderator When they comment on your behalf, they need to sound like you Or at least be able to Win people over and create warm leads. Okay? So That's what I do.
