[00:00:00]:
Hey everyone I'm Sam Jump, values integration expert and founder of Powerhouses With Purpose, and I'm here to talk to you today about something that's probably not on your launch checklist, but it is absolutely shaping the sales, your energy and your brand voice around this product launch. So we're talking today about values and, and we're not talking the fluffy, vague corporate mission statement kind of values. I'm talking about the deeply personal, non negotiable filters that should be driving every decision in your business, especially your digital product. To make the most of this session, I suggest having a fresh working doc pulled up or a pen and pad for the remaining physical note takers out there, you magical unicorns. You as well as the sales page or some email copy for your product. And I'll go ahead and give you a second to gather those things. Settle in a bit. If you're watching this, you're likely a digital creator, a coach, a service provider, and you've poured your heart into your product.

[00:01:25]:
But maybe you're finding that you're feeling a little bit stuck in one of these places. You're exhausted, trying to say the right thing for the right people. You've outgrown your old messaging. You know what initially came out of this product during its creation, or you're attracting buyers that aren't quite aligned and it's draining the joy that you were hoping would come from this product launch. So here's what I want you to hear. If your offer feels off, it's not because you need a better funnel. It's because your values aren't being relayed. And when your values aren't clear, your people just can't find you.

[00:02:04]:
So let's zoom out for a second, because this isn't just about copywriting or sales conversions. Values are the foundation of every choice that you make in your life, in your leadership, your business. They guide who you work with, how you show up, and the ripple effect that your work has on the world. And here's the kicker. If you're not consciously choosing and leading from your values, you are, whether you realize it or not, operating from someone else's. So maybe it's the values of the industry you're in. Maybe it's the hustle, harder culture that you inherited. Maybe it's what you were taught leadership should look like.

[00:02:45]:
But your product is not here to reflect anyone else. It's here to reflect you, your vision, your truth, your non negotiables. And until you own that, your product will always feel at least a little bit off. And here's the empowering part. The way you think, lead and create is not fixed. Your brain is constantly rewiring itself through neuroplasticity, which simply means that the thoughts you repeat and the beliefs you choose build new neural pathways. So when you start choosing your values more intentionally and aligning your actions, your copy and your offer with those values, you're literally reshaping your brain to make those patterns your default. And over time, your values and decision making become effortless.

[00:03:36]:
Your product doesn't just sell, it embodies the version of you that you're stepping into. The often untold truth here lies in the fact that your values are your voice. They shape your tone, your offer, your clients, your boundaries. They help your product speak without you having to constantly push. And today I'm going to give you a simple three step framework to realign your product with the values that are already inside you. So your messaging starts to convert with way more ease. Let's dive in. So we will begin with getting clear on the top five values that are guiding your life.

[00:04:17]:
So grab that working doc or notepad and better yet, if you have access to the Powerhouse Values Inventory I created for you for this session, it's linked below and also in the PDF slides. Go ahead and get that pulled up and inside you'll see a curated list of 28 values in a moment. I'll also have the list available on your screen. But for now, I want to focus on a few ways we can better understand how our personal values try to make themselves known. What triggers you, what causes frustration in you, anger disheartenment within you. I want you to just take a few seconds and think on that. You might have had something come up immediately, which is likely the case. And so usually the why behind that trigger, behind what stirs you in what could be considered a quote unquote negative way, points to a value that lies within you.

[00:05:21]:
For example, if you have a tendency to feel upset about broken promises, that's integrity showing up as a core value. And next I want you to think about what brings joy to your heart without failing. What gives you the good kind of goosebumps. So the why behind that spark points to a value you hold dear to. For example, if you light up when mentoring others, growth might be one of your top values. And the last reflection point here that I'll offer today is what's non negotiable for you in your life or in your business. An example here is if protecting family time, no matter what, is a priority for you then that could lead to connection being one of those primary values. So what is non negotiable for you? Now this isn't your traditional corporate terminology or KPIs.

[00:06:22]:
These values are real, human and heart driven. Now take a minute to carefully read through the list and without overthinking, write. Write down the top 10 values that stand out, that resonate or stir something within you when you read them and let them reflect how you want to show up in the world it and next we're going to take that list and cut it in half. So after having gone through writing down your top 10, I want you to choose the most exciting to you five values that you're actively living or longing for and mark through the other five that you had written down. And now here's why this matters. When you know your values, you don't have to guess how to talk about your product. You don't have to tune out. So you sound like every other digital creator on the Internet.

[00:08:49]:
You just speak from who you are. For example, if one of your top values is simplicity, why is your offer page cluttered with five bonuses and endless urgency timers? Our values are often our most impactful compass and I invite you to start using them as such. Now take a look at the key places your product is showing up, whether that be your sales page, your opt in copy your onboarding experience and ask yourself, does this sound like me? Does this feel like me? Does this reflect the values I just wrote down? I did this recently with a call to action in my lead magnet funnel. I realized I was using phrases like take action now. But in acknowledging that so much of my work is rooted in helping high performing leaders recover from years of reacting to perceived urgency and in honoring the fact that two of my core values are integrity and empowerment, I swapped out the phrase of take action now for ready to take aligned action. Let's make your next step a powerful one. Same call to action, different energy, way more me and way more them. All right, ready for your next step? Pick one of your top five values from your written list.

[00:10:14]:
And now from there, pick one of the key places your product is showing up and you're going to begin to infuse that value clearly into your words, your flow, your delivery. So we're going to start small here. Rewrite a line on your sales page, shift your onboarding email tone, add a sentence that reinforces the value behind the product, and if you catch a groove, go with it. I want to give you a few minutes to pause and begin taking action with this process. Right now, pull up a piece of your copy your sales page, welcome email, and just start rewriting with one top value in mind. Again, don't overthink it. This is about making your product feel more like you. And why are we doing this? We are doing this because resonance is not about shouting louder.

 [00:15:20]:
It's about speaking from what's true. And when you do that, people feel it. They trust you faster, they buy more confidently, and you don't have to convince or chase or contort. If this framework speaks to you, please by all means share the Powerhouse Values Inventory worksheet with your product team and ask them to do the same based on what they believe about your product. Before you know it. This short, powerful practice can quickly help align and integrate your values into the foundation of your digital product. Because you weren't meant to build something that looks like everyone else's. You were meant to build something that feels like you.

[00:16:00]:
And I'll leave you with this. When you lead from your own values, there's no competition because you create something that only you bring to the table. So go build the product only you can create. Your dream. Clients are waiting for your voice, not the industry's. Echo I'm Sam Jump, founder of Powerhouses With Purpose, and it's been a pleasure supporting you and the success of your product today. Take care.
