#80 Leadership Lessons - Growth Often Will Not Happen On Our Terms

Today, the growth we need will often not happen on our terms. Often. Sometimes it will, but more often than not it won’t. Often our plans, or in most cases our wishes, are curtailed and our greatest growth comes from things that happen outside of our control.

What do you mean by that Tony? No one had COVID in their plans, one had a crisis from a health emergency in their wishes or dreams, yet, the adversity we have faced due to the crisis, has seen many grab enormous growth. We have seen many individuals take a quantum leap in their growth. Yet this growth is also often met with absolute resistance.
