Feeling like you're constantly providing for everyone else, but have no time or energy left for yourself? You're not alone, my friend. In this episode, I dive deep into the quiet desperation many men face when they're overburdened by the responsibility of supporting their family, partner, and business.

I get real about the mindset shifts and practical steps needed to start receiving the abundance you deserve, instead of just giving, giving, giving. We'll cover how to reframe your role as the "chosen one" entrusted to be the conduit for your loved ones' prosperity. Plus, I share tips on setting boundaries, managing your time and energy, and developing a stronger relationship with your higher power.

This one's for all the hardworking providers out there who need a reminder that you're worthy of receiving just as much as you give. Tune in, take notes, and get ready for a mindset reset that could change the game. Let's do this!

If you're the type of person who supports the people around you, you may feel overburdened by the constant responsibility and need to provide. It can feel like there's no room for yourself - the only thing you're doing is providing for your family, your partner, your children. This burden can lead to a quiet desperation, because you can't really talk to anyone about it - the only thing you can do is keep providing and do your best.

Many men struggle with the constant demand for their attention and economic support. I want to talk about that and offer some alchemy, some perspective shifts. This is something that needs to be repeated over and over until it becomes ingrained in your new way of being.

I invite you to imagine that the women in your life - your partner, your family - are receiving support from the universe, from God. And you happen to be the gifted, chosen one to be the channel for that flow of abundance. That's a great privilege! You're the avenue for someone else's prosperity.

Another key point is that if you feel anything other than pure joy in giving, then you need to work on your ability to receive. Because the truth is, the flow of energy goes both ways. You can ask the universe, God, your higher power - "Okay, I have this situation where I need more financial support to take care of all these people. Is this a valid concern? Am I truly not receiving enough to meet the outcomes?"

You have to identify if this is a true resource issue, or just a mindset shift that's needed. Usually it's a combination - there are external circumstances, but the mindset shift is what allows those circumstances to change.

Realize that you are being supported as well, because you are the chosen one responsible for someone else's wellbeing and abundance. It's a privilege and a gift to be the channel through which money, food, paychecks flow to provide for your loved ones.

Your job is to work on your ability to receive, to comprehend that this is a privilege. Complaining about the people asking for your time, energy and money won't solve anything. Instead, you need to set boundaries and manage your time and energy so you can be in a position to receive.

There has to be balance - time for giving, time for receiving, time for creation. If your output is constantly exceeding your input, identify where you need to produce more value so you can receive more.

Develop your relationship with your higher power, whether that's God, the universe, or something else. Examine how you're speaking about money, about receiving. Shift out of victim mentality and take responsibility for your life. You can change everything, even if you don't change the people around you - just tweak your own boundaries.

The first step is to identify your thoughts and beliefs around this topic. Write them down, see where there are gaps between where you are and where you want to be. Then start practicing new beliefs, new affirmations. Look for evidence of what you want being true, rather than just focusing on the negative.

I hope this helps provide a new perspective and some alchemy to shift your mindset around providing and receiving. Let me know if you have any other questions!
