Hello, everyone, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Morning, everyone. K. I got an image right away of I'm on a horse, and I'm pulling back and I'm like, whoa, I'm, like, raining them in.

So we may all be charging forward on something, an idea of creation, a relationship. Then I see everybody scrambling to get Christmas gifts and, putting their house, baking goods, all these things. K? Whatever you are crazy moving forward with that you are going super fast, and they're, like, like I'm right on the horse. I'm like, I'm moving forward.

I'm like, yes. That show me pulling back and I hear, whoa, and just slowing it down to a nice shot. And I'm just Okay. Nothing's changed. The only thing that's changed is your speed.

And you're just t along, and I'm that long again, paying attention, everything. My surroundings around me before. I was like, zoom by, not paying attention anything and they're like, you're missing the point of being here when you're going super fast and trying to get all the stuff done, go at the point of being present here on Earth. Is to be in it. They've talked a lot about this.

And it's to kinda still forward, but took around you and pay attention to surroundings. And I'm going back to the horse. And as the t and I see really beautiful flower on the side of my path. Just gorgeous. Out of out of the blue, it's kind of a pinky reddish tone, just bloom in there.

And had I've been going fast, I would not have seen this beautiful flower. And then All a sudden I'll up in the tree, and I just see this beautiful bird, multi colored bird just sitting there looking at me. Almost does little wink, Like, oh my goodness. So there's a lot of beauty around you that's trying to get your attention. Okay.

Beautiful things, people, sayings, images. Animals doesn't matter. There's beautiful things are trying to get your attention to see your... To see to see the beauty around and get caught up and all the moving forward too fast. Have a beauty of life.

It's a t is sustainable and feeding you know, racing ahead and it's going super fast is not sustainable. It it'll last for a little while, and it it'll Mh And... But, anyway, yeah. The the try it's in... That in sustainability.

I'm having hard time with that word. Sustainability is actually kind of a problem we have as humans. If we need can... We can learn how to be sustainable within ourselves. We're also contributing to a greater sustainability on our planet as a whole.

It may seem like, wow, that's a big job. But we can get into that more in another talk with. Do your part now to make your life beautiful and sustainable and amazing and you see the flowers and the beauty and the gifts that just pop up around you. You know. I love that imagery.

Yeah. Yeah. When images come up they're they're saying, use them in your own head throughout the day too. So if you feel like you're either stuck or moving too fast in situation or you you don't feel like you're sure to put yourself on a horse and just need how fast down that horse. I love that.

Yeah. Play with the horse. We're gonna t through our day. Yep. Wiggle your butt you try to.

Right. Wow, with wagon in there? Yep Yep. In your imagination, what sort of horse are are you playing with? Yep.

Oh, my god. I love this baker the little butt we go. Yep. Y'all get the image now. Mh.

Yep. Play with it. Yep Alright. Well, thank you, Kim. Yeah.

Thank you, Joe. Thank you, everyone. Have a great day and until next time.
