Hello, everyone, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, jill. Morning, everyone. Heard some message for today. I'm gonna pick on myself.

I'm gonna say scattered brain. My brain's a little scattered today last night and today. And As I started tuning in, I got the message that it's not just me. And, and then I'm carrying also, this comes for a lot of people that it's not just you. Understand you are...

We want to think we're the only 1 going through a situation that you are the 1 and only person who has this issue. You're are the 1 and only person who struggles to be around people, getting pulled. Right now it's Christmas time for us. And coin to peoples? Who houses gathering with a lot of people, which are social media makes it look very pretty.

Very smiley. Everybody's having a great time taking photos of what they want to take photos of then they initial me all at these Christmas movies, and everything looks pretty. And here you are sitting there thinking, am I the only 1 that doesn't see this happening. Am I the only 1 that feels nervous or feels un uncomfortable bowl in a crowd, and they're like, you are not the only 1. There so many people that are feeling scattered right now.

I need to be here. I need to do this. I need... I need... I need.

I need... I need... Oh, we have to be here and just the the energy of these holidays can be very extreme for some of you. Now like, it is okay. We're telling you it is okay.

Just to stop and walk away, going outside take a knee breath. We're giving you permission to say no. We're giving you plans to put boundaries up and saying, it's okay to take care of yourself. If you are not feeling up to going, that's okay. Interesting.

There is a reason why you or others are getting sick also right now, because there's a little bit of fear. There's a little bit of a hesitation being around the crowd being around family members. Maybe you didn't have a a good growing up. Maybe there's some little tension going on. They're like and you start getting sick or other people and the family are getting sick.

Oh, you know what, maybe you need to push off a few days. Maybe this and they're, like, it's because of people's bodies are actually trying to protect them. Sounds weird, but it's a form of protection that your body is doing to keep you from being in that experience because you just don't want to be there, so you'd rather be sick than being in an experience. Wow wow. It's it's like it's a very intense time of year.

It's I love what you say about how the social media pictures and photos and the christmas movies and all look so so, you know, happy and it's... Timeline online as holidays are very intensive time of year. Very, very few people that I've ever known truly thrive in them and love them. The moment, you know, the Christmas dinner or the opening of some gifts or something like the moment can be amazing, but the work leading up to it can be intense. And...

Yeah and this is why so many people are getting sick this time of year. Because they're letting... They're getting nervous. They're getting scared, fearful, frustrated, scatter brain scatter brain. They're just not being present, and they're not hearing their body listening to them.

So Hi. Please You... Yeah. If you feel like you need to just step aside for a little bit, please do. Yes.

And I think step number 1, especially as this time year there's, like you said, the scatter brand thing is big, really big there's so much going on in obligation and all sorts of there's so many layers to it. I would add... I'd like to add a breathing, clarity, if you will, breathing into your brain only. Like you step outside, just breathe into your brain, clear your head. But clear your brain.

That's then how you can start to tune in and go should I stay here or is it time for me to go home. That's probably then the next thing you could do is ask what do I need? Yeah. What do I need? And if you need to go home or you need a few minutes or you need to take a drive to clear your head more.

We need some intensive health care right now too. Absolutely. Yeah. Oh, scatter brain. This scatter brain message.

Yep. Oh they're sending... I could feel lots of little white sparkle coming all over the place, so there is a lot a lot of really good positive of energy that's coming around. Like, people are opening up to quote unquote healing abilities. People waking up to that.

Yeah. So just tune into that aspect of yourself, you have the power. No. You don't need to get it from anybody else you have it. Oh, yeah.

There you go. Food. Just Yes. K. Well, thank you, Kim.

Yeah. Been merry Christmas. Yeah. Merry Christmas. Thank you, Joel.

Thank you everyone. Until next time,
