Hello, everyone, and good morning, Kim. Morning, everyone. I am not tired. It's. That's fun. Okay. You move energy through yawns. Yes. Those who don't know, Kim moves energy through yawns. Like, that's very odd and interesting all at the same time.
Okay. Energy message. What's our message for the day? Okay. All right. Show me your list, your list that you have created. For some of you, this is the start of the new year or the start of you creating a change. It doesn't matter what time of the year you're listening to this, but it is the forward movement that you have now chosen to go forward on a path that you desire.
And on this path, you have, say, a goal. You may have a bigger outlook of what that may look like. Okay, so they're kind of simplifying it. If I'm going into college and I want to be—see, I'll pick on nursing because I'm a nurse. Let's pick on that one. So I'm starting off the schooling as wanting to be a nurse, and I think I want to be a pediatric nurse.
I'm going through and I'm dead set; I want to work with peds—children and babies, preemies. I want to work with all those little kiddos. Okay, start school. I'm going through school and they're like, "This is—you have written down that you wanted to be a pediatric nurse."
Okay. The part to get to that goal may not look in the exact way that you want. So they're saying that in between time—so for us say the schooling time—the little experiences that come through on your journey as you go into a different... Well, you're doing your clinicals or somebody's... Wow, I'm getting hit with a whole bunch of stuff—a whole bunch of things that create my own insecurity.
Okay, so I'm in school and I get maybe an F on a test, and then I'm in clinicals and maybe I'm getting called out because I did something wrong—all these things that make you feel like I'm not good enough; I'm not worthy—man! Maybe it makes you second guess that dream or that goal of being a pediatric nurse.
And they're like, all these things that are going to come up now because of your goal are not bad things. These are all things to help pull out what is stopping you from actually getting to that goal. It's a very powerful, useful tool that the body does; it brings out those insecurities.
It brings out those things that would stop you from actually doing your best in that spot because when you create that goal, you sit there and think of all the empowerment that it feels within—you feel amazing while you're doing the job; you just created this very beautiful looking career path or job or whatever it is—a house that you're looking for; land that you're looking for—it doesn't matter.
But you put all this positive thought and energy into it and you're just like, "That's what I want." So they're like now it's just sometimes you have to clean out the garbage first to be able to get to that beautiful state because right now what will happen is you'll bring all that garbage into the beautiful state—and then you're like, "This isn't what I asked for! This is not what I wanted!"
And then you start creating more and more kind of drama with it and you're not seeing the beauty or gratefulness that you created this. So they're like along your path: you're not supposed to judge, criticize—or wow! It's kind of harsh—expect anything different than your own distrust within yourself or unknown knowledge.
Wow! Okay, that's different! I'm getting pulled directly into a body and I'm pulling out information that you didn't even know you had inside of you—like a truth or a belief system—and all of a sudden that's coming back to you now; it's all coming back to you now.
Funny—all these different things that you thought you were—and you didn't even know were inside of you—and they're all being brought out with this one goal that you created—with this one vision that you created—to get to the end goal.
Sometimes it doesn't look all pretty; sometimes it looks like we're taking detours. There is no detour on this path; it is all divinely guided! That's incredible! And especially this time of year when there's so many new goals and new beginnings and commitments to change and all these things going on.
What did I hear? It was roughly like 18 days most people give up! Yeah! And if they follow what Kim just so wisely advised—to give up doesn’t happen! A lot of people give up because they don't... They... "I didn't ask for the hardship; I didn't ask for the difficulty; I didn't ask for the ugliness," if you will—of it—and it's like...
Well, when you asked for the goal, you actually do ask for that stuff because those things are keeping you from your goal—that's why they're being shown to you—that's what I heard you saying! And it's a beautiful thing; it's a loving thing! It's not to mess with you!
And yes, it can be challenging but that's also what makes it so worth it—so oh my gosh—that's cool! An incredible message for the start of a new year for some of us! Wow! I like that one!
I do too! We do—we get caught up in all the garbage—we're like "Oh oh oh!" Exactly—you did ask for this! Yeah! Kind of stay committed and determined and focused.
Thank you, Jill! Thank you everyone! Thank you Kim! And yeah—this is going to be a fun one to play with and reflect on throughout the day and the year! So thank you again Kim! Thank you!
Have a wonderful day until next time.
