Hello, everyone, and good morning, Kim. Morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone. Our message for today is curiosity killed the cat. I don't want to ask. Today's a lot about curiosity and then they're laughing oddities. Things that make you go, "Hmm." Things that you question. Maybe other people's choices, other people's things, how they open up a container.

Oh, that old commercial! Oh, Reese's! Is it Reese's or the ones where they... it's like a peanut butter cup and there's a vampire on there? This is an old commercial that's popping into my head where the vampire puts his two teeth into the Reese's peanut butter cup, and then the next person will eat the outside. That is an old one! Yeah. And do you remember the days of those commercials? A long time ago, people did.

So that's kind of their curiosity. So they're like, be open to different experiences today. Be open to how people do things differently. I don't see you judging; I just see you going, "Well, that's a unique way to do it, huh?" And they're like, maybe, just maybe you want to give it a shot. Maybe you want to see how that works versus the way you've been doing it and that you've been maybe frustrated or you're not getting the results you want.

Today is the day to go, okay, you're killing the cat. There's also curiosity killed the cat—not killing the cat. It is letting go of... My ego's brain is having a hard time with this one because they do not like that saying. Yeah, I'm not a fan of it either. Right? You know because it's like curiosity is such a cool thing and then it's like it took away curiosity in a way, you know? But at the same time, there's a grain of truth in it.

I have a cat that was chasing a fox one day through our yard. She's very curious. The fox wasn't so thrilled, so that could have injured her. You know, the fox in the end just took off, but he was kind of looking at her like, "What are you doing?" And she was like, "I'm being curious." I love that! But it worked for her; everything is curious to her and she does quite well. She's quite magical.

So we'll hold that in mind if you're also in the same boat as Kim and I—not liking the phrase. Yeah! Yeah! Today is the day to be curious. Ask questions; just watch! I mean to me I'm getting people watch—just watch the things around you and get curious with it.

Yeah! Interesting! All right, cool! Look at things from different perspectives—that's another way to be curious. You should look at something you'll feel... Here's one thing I've done recently that I really like: I notice something and I judge it very quickly because it's a habit—judge! Yep! Categorize—whatever! And then I'll reel that back in and just shift over—like taking a step a little bit or a couple steps—like you're taking a few steps to look at it from a different perspective.

That's one way to put curiosity into motion! Yeah! Everything going on in your system lightens your energy; it allows blood flow to happen; decreases blood pressure—all those good things that are healthy for your body.

Nice! All right, well let's do it—curiosity! Thank you everyone! Thank you Jill! Thank you Kim! And until next time.
