Hello, everyone, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Morning, everyone. It's an odd day. Already got some time warp going on. We got some technology stuff going on. Take a deep breath and let it go.

Okay. This is an interesting message for the day. I'm getting the song, "It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Beautiful day in the neighborhood. Would you be mine? Could you be mine?" Mr. Rogers back in the day. Wow. I was super tiny when he was on, so I can see his image. I get that song. But then I'm also getting another song, and the other song that I'm getting kind of represents the end of things. The end of things.

Oh, okay. Wow. Yet another image from the movie "The Fifth Element." There's an image in there that's kind of coming up. They're like, okay, yesterday we talked about the battle within, and what I'm getting is you guys are very self-destructive. You're very quick recently to just blow up. They're showing me like a big inside, like a ticking time bomb inside. Not the world, okay? This is not the world. This is inside.

Like you're throwing little bombs off inside of yourself and you're like, "I just wish it would go back to the old times." And then I get pulled to "It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood." That's where you want to be. It was so nice and everything seemed great; it was just flowing. And what I hear is there were a lot of things that were actually starting at that moment that are creating the energies that are going on right now.

Whoa. So if you can remember in that time frame when Mr. Rogers was on, or if you're a little bit younger and you didn't know Mr. Rogers, that is totally fine. What they're getting at is when you were a child, when everything was quote-unquote easy, there were things happening all around you that you had no idea about. You were completely involved in these TV shows that were your reality.

And they were fun; they were calming; they made you feel a sense of peace; they distracted you from everything else around you. A lot of them actually did a very good job and they were teaching you life lessons—like again, Mr. Rogers. And mind you, I was super young; I would not have been able to pull any life lessons off of that.

But if I think back to that memory, what he was saying, how he interacted with people and his messages to people were very loving; they were very kind; they helped you go within and build up your confidence and helped you interact with people in a healthy manner. This is the stuff that you were taught as a child.

And they're like, you can't blame anybody else who's gone through this before. But I hear self-destructive behavior—you are right now at your peak frustration levels. They're showing me people's hairs on fire; they're hot heads! I keep seeing everybody just quick to explode inside—anger and frustration.

And they're like, today’s just a quick day! Even when I was having some technical issues and the time warp thing happened this morning, honestly, I didn’t get mad or frustrated, but it hit a nerve very quickly and I was able to catch it really fast and be like, "Whoa!" Okay? Years ago, I would have been that person dropping some f-bombs in there like, "Why is this not going my way? Ah!" That’s how quick everybody's temper is today.

You're like, please, please, please just tame it down! Give yourself a break! Put yourself in a timeout! Watch some Mr. Rogers! Yeah! It’s beautiful! I like that!

Put yourself in a timeout—and this timeout is a level of kindness—a level of focus on whatever it is that will make you not be such a hothead! You know? I was going to give specifics of like—no—everyone decide for yourself what that is! But yeah, that's a beautiful message actually to calm that inner hothead.

Yep! Like the hair on fire just cracked me up because I saw it right away—running around like “Ah!” Yes!

And there's a beautiful thing with that childlike energy—that when a child is watching a TV show or using their imagination or playing or whatever they're doing—they've literally constructed their own reality around them. They're not in denial of the rest of the world because they're totally in the world; their attention isn’t engaged by that world.

Yep! And I think that's the message I'm getting from this: for us as adults to re-engage that childlike skill of being here in the world—putting our focus on what will create the reality around us that we want—and yet we're not in denial! Yes!

I see those things happening—you know? Even as little kids we were picking up on energies! Oh yeah! We were picking up on stuff around us—and then we also had this innate built-in skill—we came to earth with it—to go “Here I am watching this TV show that's making me happy!” Yep!

And setting aside attention to everything else—it’s really actually interestingly—a highly refined skill—and yet we came in with it—and then we get away from it—and then it's like our journey is to get back to that very powerful skill!

I can't wait for everybody to try it! All right! Thank you, Jill! Thank you everyone! Thank you Kim! And until next time!
