Hello, everyone, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone.
Today's message is, you are beautiful! And they're having exclamation points by that. They're like, you are beautiful! And it's coming through as my eyes are actually itchy, watery, and they're like. This is how some of you are viewing yourselves, as you're irritated by the way you look. The way you're looking at yourself may not look the way you want it. Just my vision kind of goes a little bit blurry, like you're trying to look for somebody in the mirror that is not you.
It's not your true, authentic self, but you're trying to look into the mirror and see back at you. You're like, no, no, no, no. Just look into the mirror and see exactly the way you look right now. Look at all of your what you call imperfections. There are no imperfections on the way you look today. Every little strand of hair, how it lays, is perfect. How your makeup flows on your face today, it is perfect. All those little blemishes—some of you might have a little zip starting—they're like, it is perfect. You are beautiful!
A lot of you need to hear that today. Stop trying to make yourself somebody that you're not and be who you are; be your true, authentic, beautiful self today. Yep. That is so sweet.
What I was getting was that when you were saying looking in the mirror, it's like we tend to have a very comparative definition of beauty where we have—we're trying to compare ourselves to some standard of beauty. And that's what I'm hearing: drop the standards. Drop the comparing! Right? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
They quite honestly consider for a moment that everyone you love looks beautiful to you. You're not judging them to a standard; if you love them, then they're beautiful to you. And that's what I hear you saying, Kim: when we look in the mirror, we need to give ourselves that same depth of love and acceptance and authenticity so we can see that beauty.
You're beautiful! You're beautiful! That's the message for today. Remember it! Wow! Sure lovely shorts! Yeah! Yeah, right? Short and lovely—I love that!
Well, thank you! Yeah! Thank you, Jill. Thank you, everyone. All right, have a wonderful day! Remember, you're beautiful! Until next time!
