Hello, everyone. And good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone.
The message has to do with change. So a lot of you are either currently experiencing some major changes in your life or today you got some opportunities for some change in your life. Either one, this message is for you. And the change could be so minute as to moving things in your household, like your couches or your chairs, to moving them in a different area. Or it could be major changes where you're grieving the loss of a loved one. These are all just changes. But it does pay off of vibration of grief today, so chills going up and down my spine.
Change stimulates the process of grief in our body. And like today, we need you to pay attention to how you are grieving. Are you grieving with happy tears? With joyful grieving? Or are you doing it sadly? Grieving can actually exist simultaneously in both forms. My human head over here is like, I've never heard this before. And so they're like, grief can be a very joyful change. But we're telling you, every single time there's a change, your body will respond in a grieving pattern.
You can go through the anger process very quickly. You can go through the bargaining section super fast, or you can just learn and accept those things. I need you to pay attention because this is weighing you down in the process of grief. You're becoming stuck in certain areas. Pay attention to those areas that you're stuck and focus on that. Yet also, it's like a balance; you also don't need to rush through it.
Some people get stuck, and some want to rush those who are grieving through the process faster than others who are grieving. It’s a delicate balance; it really is. And it's not like it's difficult; it's just about tending to it and realizing that I know someone who's had a lot of loss and has a lot of grief. Loads of people are uncomfortable because of the depth of the grief and because their discomfort leads them to want her to move through to joy when she’s just not there.
So that's not being stuck; that's authentic. She's just not there, and she's aware she's not there, you know? It’s so unique to everyone—the process.
One really important part of grief, especially when you see other people in grief, is to be okay with the discomfort of grief. Yes, that is moving through it.
There's no time that exists when it comes to our emotions or spiritual growth; there's no concept of time. So there's never been a time stamp put on the grieving process—that's just our own judgment.
Everyone experiences grief differently. Some people can, like you said, do it with more joy— which might sound surprising because most people don't grieve with joy—but it's possible! It's just about letting it be what it is for you and for other people.
You don’t want to be stuck, and you also don’t want to rush through it; that's the balance. Acknowledge where you're at.
All right! Thank you, Jill. Thank you, everyone. Thank you, Kim. And to everyone wishing you a tender sweet day and weekend. Until next time!
