Hello, everyone, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Morning, everyone.

Today's message. Okay, what I'm getting here is that wherever you're at, at this moment, I need you to grab whatever drink you have that's by you, whether it's coffee, a smoothie, juice, some water, vitamins—whatever you have in front of you, just grab on to it. That drink could be sitting or standing; it doesn't matter. Just hold on to that.

Take a deep breath in and really let it out. You got to grab that drink, and as you're drinking that drink, you're going to feel it really going into your body. So you're being more present with your drink at this moment. Good drink! Just feel it going through your mouth, down your esophagus, into your stomach, and actually let that vibrate out into yourself—down your arms, your legs, into your feet, into your toes. 

Just take a deep breath and say, "ah." What I'm getting is a lot of you are not taking the time to even appreciate your drinks or the nutrition that's really going into your body. So we want you to be a little bit more present with what you are consuming. Even if it's just one time out of that drink—doesn't have to be every single sip—just one time out of that drink where you stop and take a deep breath for it.

Then you're intentionally taking it in and letting it go through your body and immerse into your cells and organs, allowing yourself to feel that energy moving through your body. Then you can move about your day. Try that a few times a day with whatever food you're eating or whatever drink you're drinking. One time out of a moment of that drink or one moment of eating your meal—just stop and be with it. 

I can change your day; just make that a priority. Simple and powerful. Amazing. Lovely. Yeah. So sweet.
