Hello, everyone. And good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone.

We have a song going on in my head. As soon as we keep... I keep thinking about starting to hit record. "Ice Ice Baby" comes in my head and it's like I'm singing all the lyrics to the song. Then we get on a different topic and it goes away. When we come back to, "Oh, let's hit record," it comes back in. So what we are going to talk about is "Ice Ice Baby." Let's see what they have for us on this one.

I'm listening to all the lyrics, and then I see an image of dancing. What was this back in the 90s? The song? I'm dancing away to the song, trying to figure out what they mean by this vibe, going through all the lyrics. Okay, I get it. It's like, I hear, I hear, I hear... Will it ever stop? Yo, I don't know that part. Then there's something about the harpoon that grabs you. There's that part that pops out in the song.

So I get what they're trying to say. You have visions; you have an idea that's coming to you. And I hear it's literally coming to you. It's grabbing hold of you tightly and dragging you all around. I hear like a harpoon. Oh my goodness! This idea, this concept is literally dragging you around and pulling you to where you need to be. You might feel suffocated; you might feel a little bit overwhelmed.

Now I get an image of being pulled out into the ocean, and I'm looking at a city on a beach. Like, I was closer to the beach; now I'm getting pulled out into the ocean. I'm going further away and I'm like, "Oh my gosh! Like, it's supposed to be over there." And then I hear the word "trust." We got to pull you away from where you think you need to be or that idea. We got to pull you away for a little while.

Then all the lyrics flow back into my mind and I want to dance again. They're like, "We're going to pull you away so you have a little bit of fun so you can dance around." Now I'm getting pulled into a whole bunch of different older songs that are more fun—upbeat ones that you listened to and danced to as a teenager or in your early 20s. They're pulling up all these different songs and they're like, "This is what we're trying to do."

We're trying to pull you away from that idea—the concept that you're almost wrapping your head too much around—but they're like, "But you're not! We gotta get you into a fun state!" We want to have fun; we want to enjoy! It's like, "Let's go! Let's play!" Trust in getting pulled away for a little bit so that when you come back, it's even better than what you remembered and dreamed of.

That's amazing! I wonder too, Kim, if that's why that "Ice Ice Baby" song came to you; it had something to do with... Isn't that the one that had the controversy around it for sampling someone else's music? Right? Perhaps he, in creating that song, didn't do what you just described—he didn't let it go and come back but instead kind of held on and pushed it out there—and then the controversy did what it did.

But yeah, when you're captivated by something—when you're captivated by an idea or life is really just drawing you to do something—that's the challenge moment really: letting go. Like you said, floating out in the ocean and trusting it'll come back.

Yeah! Well, playful time this weekend—playful! That sounds like... The word 'challenge' is just too serious of a word! It's like just play with it—just let it go! Go play! You'll naturally come back; it's like the tide will come back—you know? It'll bring you back to shore naturally and organically. We don't have to make it happen or force it or push it.

Fun! All right! Yeah! It's Friday for us, so take this playful message into the weekend!

Yay! Thank you, Jill! Thank you everyone!

Yes, thank you! And until next time.
