Everyone. And good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone. Today we are blessed with another song. Very excited. It is "In the Still of the Night," a song from back in the 50s. I had to look it up, and it says it's a song by the Five Satins from 1956. Some of you might recognize it:

"In the still of the night, I held you, held you tight
Because I love you, love you so
Promise I'll never let you go
In the still of the night."

That song became popular with "Dirty Dancing." If you think back to that movie, that show, that song was there.

As I was tuning in and asking what the message is today, I felt very still, very quiet. What is this? And then they're like, "In the still of the night." So today is just about being still. It doesn't have to be nighttime; it's just about being still.

Think about how you're holding everything tight because you love everything around you. So look around you. It doesn't matter if it's a person, a place, or a situation. Just look around and feel the things you actually love. Just give it a hug—an imaginary hug, an energetic hug. Oh. Just being with it.

Yeah. And maybe others are also experiencing that quiet mind coming into this calm. I think—what was it? I don't know if you said that mind—you're like, "It's calm." Yeah, we're still.

So, yeah, you know that's that type. Yeah, exactly. I just have that quiet mind. And then you can so deeply appreciate and love and go to infinite levels of love and appreciation when your mind isn't pulling as much energy from you.

Exactly. And if you get a chance—yeah, if you get a chance—listen to that song too. Yeah. Take the sweetness into your day and into the next couple of days and into the weekend. Enjoy it; it's a beautiful thing.

Yeah. Thank you, Jill. Thank you, everyone. Yes, thank you for listening. Until next time.
