Jill:  hello, everyone, and good morning, kim.

Kim:  good morning, joe. good morning, everyone. i was waiting for the deer in there yesterday.

Jill:  oh, good morning, dear listeners.

Kim:  there it is.

Jill:  today is a little bit

Kim:  i don't wanna say the word scattered, but more of a a distraction type day. um, i wanna i wanna be dreaming, daydreaming, going over there, but then all of a sudden, it's like, no. come back. come back. be over here. and then when i do get brought into, then i get caught up into it. it's like, wow. like, i'm over here daydreaming, then i'm over here, like, maybe griping about something or, like, getting way too caught up up in it, and then you lose track of time. i'm like, holy cow, people. we are all over the place today. it's not bad. it's just being mindful to bring yourself back down because it's like when we're totally distracted, then we're not in our bodies. and then the other spark the other aspect is you bring yourself back down, and then you get caught too caught up in in the, say, reality type stuff, in the normal day to day functions that then you're not grounded then that way. it's trying to find that balance in between. it's gonna be a little bit more tough today.

Jill:  right before you said balance in between, i literally was sitting here, and that's what what my i was doing that with my hands. i was like, balance. we need to balance everything today.

Kim:  mhmm.

Jill:  if you catch yourself going too fast, balance it out, slow down.

Kim:  yep. might not even

Jill:  be too fast here in that moment. it might just, you know, you're just going fast. do it for a while. yeah. you know, but then also try balancing it out for a while. and

Kim:  yeah,

Jill:  you're getting into a project and you can, you know, really intensely focused on it. do that for a while and then don't. yep. same thing with scattered. if you're scattered, you know, scatter, scatter, scatter, scatter, and then balance it out by, say, focusing for a

Kim:  while. cool. yep. right? it's gonna be a fun day. i i call it fun, but some people may not like this challenge. and i'm like, okay. what what can we get done in reality playing in both sides?

Jill:  yep. it's a balanced challenge. and i love that playing in both sides. it says thinking too, kim, like, we do use the word play a lot. and it's like, it's it's the option is we have the choice. we can play with it or we can, you know, battle with it. and quite honestly, we're doing one of the two, whether or not we're conscious of it has nothing to do with it. where either, you know, battling could be, you know, you're judging it. it doesn't matter. there's just loads of weight fighting it. you're being mean to yourself because you're scattered. that's fight, that's battling it. yeah. or we can just look at and go, okay. here's what it is. let's play with this. and to me, playing with it is actually what it means to when you're playing with what's happening in life and enjoying it despite the circumstances to the best of your ability to me, you're then you're really living life. you're doing what really matters. life.
