Hello, lovely listeners, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone.

Oh, I gotta tell you, there's something in the air this morning. There is. Is it pretty flowers? Lots and lots and lots of stuff. So much going on, Kim. There's so much going on.

We all want—  
Yeah, we all want to see those pretty flowers. Yes. Oh, but it's like clouds are around the pressure.

Jill, you mentioned atmospheric pressure.  
Yeah. You woke with it?  
I did, yeah. And I'm still feeling it. It's just like—there's this intense, like, pressure pushing on my head. And I was just like, what's going on? And then simultaneously, inside, there's just like this panic: If I need answers, I need answers. I need answers.

And I was as—I was like coming into this this morning waking up—I’m like, what is all of this? Yes.

And then you and I, as we're talking, your early morning experiences too had those same kind of themes in it. So we figured that must be what's going on today: everybody's heads are all over the place.

Exactly. They're—they want the answers now, but they're not doing the work to calm down the brain, to calm down the body, to even see the answers.

I can't even see the flowers.

And you know that's amazing—I just want to point that out: when your body and your mind are not calm, you literally cannot see. It's just what happens. It's like we stop seeing. Our vision gets very, very narrow.

Yes.

Oh—and as you're talking, I want to put my hands on my head. Our hands are actually very therapeutic; they're very healing.

When you get injured, what do you do? You put your hand over the injured spot right away.

When you have headaches—we put our hands on our head.

And it's the same thing when you're confused or trying to figure things out—you put your hands on your head.

I want everybody to pay attention: where do they put their hands on their head? Do you put it—

Right now I'm sitting on my temples right above my ears, and my fingers are going through the top of my head on both sides—like I'm balancing both sides out.

Balancing both sides out.

Or do you just go to the front? Do you hold on to the back of your neck? Like—those are little signals to help you figure things out.

So if you put hands on both sides, there's a disbalance going on.

Yeah.

What I get to is some people not even putting their hands on their head at all—it’s kind of like I see just running and screaming—which if you're doing that—like it's funny only because if you're doing that it's like one of the things you might want to do is stop and put your hands on your head and go: okay. Where's my head? Oh, there you are. Okay.

Exactly.

Because that's what I saw was I'm running there didn't even have a head.

Wow. This is what you're doing to yourselves today. This is impressive.

Uh huh.

Oh—okay—I want to say interesting: if you're putting your hands on the front of your head—that's where you're drawn to—going to the front—that's looking forward; you're struggling to see things forward.

But if you put your hands on the back—that's like in the past—the back information.

Oh interesting! So they're like if you go front and back you're trying to balance the past and future—you're like yeah!

Just play around with it—where do you have little aches and pains? Maybe in your head? Maybe you don't even have that; you're just like ah confused.

Yeah that's all.

I love that Kim—and you just play around with it today—I think even as you were saying that I’ve been doing it and before you didn't even know I had my hands on my front and back of my head as you were saying that.

Play around with it—and I was like oh my gosh this feels so good—and then I started even just moving my head back and forth—

Yeah—and it's like oh—and I can feel my body and mind starting to calm which means I'm also going to be able to see the things—

Yeah—that I was formerly say panicking about or feeling pressured.

Yep—so it's a relief of the pressure and it's opening up our vision so we can see—in your way to wellness today.

That's nice.
