Hello, lovely listeners, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone.
Today, what I've been noticing happening around the energies is that I'm watching a lot of people go, like, really fast, and they're almost creating accidents as I'm driving. I mean, people are just doing crazy, crazy things. And then they're like having a slam on the brakes or they're almost hitting somebody because somebody's trying to take a left turn. And they decided, oh, I'm going to pass them, you know, and it's. It's just like, what is going on?
Jill and I were talking, and that is literally what's happening around us. Like, Jill and I and a lot of you that listen were very avid listeners, so thank you. We're starting to slow down and we're starting to be more in the moment and actually see all this stuff happening going by super fast. And these people aren't even in reality. They're in their own matrix. They're on their own world, completely disconnecting from being present.
And it's really interesting to be on this side of it and just say witnessing it and knowing I'm 100% safe, knowing that I'm in control of my energy. I'm in control of where I need to be at the right time. And I know I'm completely safe. I know I'm not going to get caught up in that crazy, chaotic energy that people—other people are around—that they almost get hit.
Like, they're not asking to be hit. Absolutely not. But they're still in that same vibration exactly that. But they're starting to slow down. Yep.
And it's such an interesting experience when you get into that slower, more present state of being to just watch things. It's like it does—it becomes very, very Matrix-like.
Yeah. And almost like you can see glitches at times, too.
Yep. It can be highly entertaining.
Not— you know, seen accident close accident stuff is—does always trigger—you know—still the chemicals in the body. Like, you can get a little nudge of adrenaline starting.
We're like, whoa, whoa, wait a second.
Yep. But yes, that slowing down.
Yep. And it's going to happen around you.
Like right now.
Not everybody's ready to just be in that moment and slow down.
Yeah.
So now it comes down to when I'm in that state—like I wanted to—I want to yell at those people and I want to scream at them in my car, and I want to judge them.
Don't we all?
What are you doing?
And it's coming down to like, okay, I don't have to scream. I don't have to judge. I'm just sitting there witnessing and watching.
And I'm now then in control of how I'm going to respond.
And I inside releasing all those chemicals and then putting myself under that stress response which I didn't need to.
Exactly.
You know, Kim, I'm flashing right back to a memory of I was in a very present state of being and I was headed to the cities. I was on the freeway and it was chaotic—like the road was for you today—and I was just so like zenned out in the moment.
I was just like, you know what? It's all good. I'm all right here.
Like, I was watching everything just like we're talking about today.
And all of a sudden, I found myself on the freeway—the only car for like—I don't know—there was at least—I don't know how many car lengths would have been like 50 car lengths in front of me and behind me—not a single car was the only calm.
And I just started giggling.
I'm like, ooh, this is nice.
So I'm telling you that being calm and in that slower state of being where you're present is exceedingly powerful.
I love that.
So cool.
Just looking around like—look at this—there's not even a single car around me.
No.
So slowing down?
Yep.
Yeah.
Oh! And we're going into a weekend—that's a beautiful thing too—to bring into our Friday and through the weekend.
Yeah.
Even if you can't—even if you can only slow down momentarily—it's powerful.
It's—
Thank you.
Yeah.
We're both like—
Thank you!
Exactly!
Same wavelength!
Oh! That's great—isn't it?
It is!
Thank you! Thank you everyone for listening and enjoy your weekend until next time.
