Hello, lovely listeners, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone. Today we're in for a great surprise.

Yes, we are. Joel has now demonstrated the act of clearing her throat and coughing for energy. I am now just at the end of it. It's been going on for what, five minutes?

Yeah. Yep. At least. It's actually pretty comical on my side. I should laugh. I should not laugh. But I'm like, wow. The amount of force and energy that she's actually bringing up as we talk about this issue is pretty... pretty cool that she is making her, like, cough it out almost like forcefully.

It is funny, Kim, and I'm glad you can hear my voice all gravelly. And I'm glad that laughing about it.

So, well, this started when we were discussing before this call today's message.

Yes. So I was telling Jill I had a couple songs that popped up in my head and which sometimes we can go really deep into these songs, and sometimes they're very superficial. Today was a little bit odd. I had "Run Around Sue." These are back to the 50s songs.

So we had "Run Around Sue." And then it went to "Wake Up Little Susie." I'm like, oh, what's with the Sue? Like, there's something going on with that name. And then it really wasn't.

It is about the name, but it's not specifically about a person with that name. So don't go around looking around for somebody.

But if you think about it, it's like we're being woken up to an issue. Like the issue was running all around. So Sue was doing this run-around Sue and taking this person's love and going around with it.

And it was like... It was a distraction. Like this person, this thing, this an old belief system like time—whatever it is that you're struggling with right now—it's been like being run all around, and you're being woken up to that issue.

You're being shown like, hey, wake up. Like this is an issue. Like you're seeing it right in front of you.

Yeah, it's... Personally, I think that I could hear it going for you. Kim's gonna start coughing up.

And as we were talking about the song titles, like my throat felt like it was on fire, and I was working really hard to hold in the cough.

So it's just clearing out a lot today.

But to me, I really am getting that for a lot of people the distraction is thoughts; it's beliefs that are gonna surface that you've held for so long.

And all of a sudden you're gonna see them today.

You're not even gonna have to try; you're just gonna see them and be like, oh my God, there it is.

There's that thing I had—no—oh my God—I’ve been thinking—for years or a week or whatever—and you're gonna...

It'll be something that's just so amazing because when you see it you'll know instantly that thought has been so unhelpful.

It's been causing a lot of trouble; it's taking a lot of time; causing heartbreak or creating conflict—or it's...

It's just going to be so obvious.

Yep—that air quote Sue. And I'm air quoting Sue's—and also simultaneously apologizing to anyone named Sue.

Oh my goodness.

I'd be curious to hear if anybody starts coughing or gets congestion in their throat too because this sounds powerful.

It is still gone.

All right.

Yes—that's good.

I'm glad to be the one doing this today, Kim.

Oh, you know I have to share the wealth.

Exactly.

Yeah—I can't keep it all to myself.

Oh this is great!

All right—thank you Jill; thank you everyone!

Yes thank you Kim! And oh thanks for those songs—that's wonderful!

All right until next time.
