Hello, lovely listeners and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone. It's Jill and Kim One Harmonic. Cool. Our AI still is coming up with some really cool names off of that one. Yep. Harmonical bowl. So it's like it can get almost all the other words correct, but that. That it struggles with.

Yep, yep. I was giggling. It's. It's. Today's message has a lot to do with being slow. Molasses turtles. The way everything is moving is just a little bit slower today. It's weird. Like, I'm actually stuck in traffic and I haven't had this experience in this location in quite a long time.

It's been. Was it last year? I think last year they were doing some construction in this town and at that point this was backed up that far. But since that's been open and flowing, I've never had this experience and nobody started at my house.

Yeah. And this is like a route you drive a lot, so it's not like an occasional one. Like you drive this route a lot. And it's been free flowing, open and all of a sudden today, wham. Which is interesting.

Yep. And it even started like at my house. Right after I left my house. I got onto some main road there, but, like, it's eight miles from where I'm at to my house and it was already starting to be slow there.

Like, what is going on today? Which is interesting, Kim, because I woke up really slow.

You did?

Yeah, but I woke up like really slow. And while I'm not like a, you know, run out of, you know, wake up and pop out of bed and run and start doing stuff, I do tend to wake up then start moving.

I don't lay there and do sloth world like some people do for a while.

I'm going to channel my inner sloth for a while.

No, but anyway, instantly I was just like, holy moly. I'm just like excited. Molasses or things just felt really heavy.

My body even felt like it's like still does moving very slow.

Like when I twist a little bit, it's like slow motion.

Yep. That's exactly the feel of today.

Like everything's just gonna go a little bit slower.

And I mean, wow.

The words that I would typically use are not even coming out.

I'm getting stopped to say, like, don't judge it or, you know, don't get frustrated.

They are literally zipping my mouth shut when I want to say those words.

So I hear it just is what it is.

It just is.

There's no right, no Wrong.

Yep. There's no right, no wrong.

There's no judgment there.

It just. It just is.

Except for. Except for when we resist it or fight it.

And I used to do that all the time.

So let's say a slow energy day like today,

and I would wake up and I would get frustrated by this low energy because my mind,

I'd be like,

I have this to do,

have that to do.

Like,

you know,

I have to get these things.

Have to,

have to,

have to,

have to,

have to,

have to get my to do list done.

Rather than really just honoring that energy like now.

I'd suggest,

highly.

Suggest everyone who's listening,

honor this energy.

It's a little slower,

It's a little stickier.

It's just needed.

I'm asking in my head,

Is there anything like a productiveness?

Because all of feel like I'm in my head,

Just think about how you want to create your day.


It's kind of creating a meditative space for you.

With so little effort on my part,
with so little of my involvement.
That's what I'm feeling.
Like the slowness isn't
like life isn't necessarily slow.
It's that we're being asked
to go slow or still
and see what life can do for us.
