Hello, lovely listeners and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone. I had a chuckle. Jill, your voice just went all in soft and like sexy almost there. I don't know if anyone else noticed that, but I totally did. I was like, whoa. She just went all in.

Okay. Oh, hey, it's our Friday and we're gonna have fun with this one. We're gonna make fun of fun, basically. Make fun of fun. All I hear in my head is fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun.

So I have a personal issue going on right now. My right knee decided he doesn't want to work very well. It is what it is. So I have this big thing planned this weekend to do all this stuff and big party. I have some family—yep, big party—I have some family members that are now freaking out because Kim's knee is not working. She's not going to be able to do all this stuff. We have so much to do, so much to get done.

And I'm sitting here thinking, yeah, oh well, if it doesn't get all done, oh well, it's not the end of the world. It's literally—it is what it is. You do what you can in the world and you have to be okay with that. You really do. Like, you are human. You are so okay with that.

Kim, it's really phenomenal how okay you are with things.

How so? In like kind of spiritual terminology or even self-help terminology—whatever it be—like the phrase or the term would be: you're very non-attached to the outcome. Another one is like where people say, you know, you gotta let go and trust. That's another phrase; that's another thing that Kim's doing.

It's like you're not working it real hard; you're not like "okay now here's what"—you just literally are like "all right, well there you go." It is what it is.

Yep.

So it's like okay: do what you can do with the materials or the information that you do have. So this is not going to be for life—this issue—but what can I do? So there's creates a different opportunity for the event.

So now I'm going to focus more on possibly things on the computer—things that I can print off the computer—where I can sit. And it's not the physical; I can direct people on where to put things. Like there's a lot that I actually can do instead of thinking what I can't do.

So it's just a new opportunity to play with—to have to play with it.

Yep.

You're pivoting; you're playing with it.

And also your knee being this—as far as I understand it—very odd issue.

Right.

It's not like it's big huge swollen; it's not like there was an injury; it's just kind of out of the blue your knee is just really—I love that phrase—and so others are surprised but you're just like even with that you pivot and you play; you're like "well there—that's what it is." Where you're not telling yourself you're going to have a knee problem now for the rest of your life.

Right.

You're just playing with it going "okay well what do I do now? Now what do I do now? What?"

Yep.

And I'm literally talking to the knee: "Oh you're going to do that now? Okay well then I'm going to... Do you want to throw a temper tantrum? Huh? I'll put you in your place." Yeah.

So these things when they don't go the right way—when you start getting that perfectionism... Oh! As a Virgo—and people probably hear this a lot with Virgos—we have perfectionisms; we are... But we have chaos all around us to get to the perfectionism; it's like everything has to blow up in front of our face almost and like let go; let go; let God—and all of a sudden it just shows up and it turns out to be actually very beautifully perfect without you trying to make it perfect.

Turns out!

So I had to learn what true perfectionism is—it's not the control piece; it's literally just letting go and letting whatever happens organically happen—that is perfectionism!

Wow!

You know how yesterday we talked about gut feeling? And as you were saying perfectionism my gut just started getting into knots! I'm like "all right! Picking up on that!" And I had picked up on if... yeah anyway that's... that's... that's wild!

All right! Perfectionism! So if anybody else is having their stomach still in knots or not going right there might be that perfectionism tie!

Yeah! I think so!

And it's hard—hard to follow your gut; how hard to follow your truth; hard to truly express yourself—all sorts of stuff—it's very difficult to do if we're stuck by perfectionism! And that's what I'm getting on this: how can you even play with something like you do Kim if someone is so stuck in that perfectionism?

So at some point you developed a skill—a way of overcoming or releasing yourself from perfectionism? And I'm picking up that some of us have not done that yet...

And that doesn't mean it doesn't still come up in my face but it just gives me opportunity to say "okay here we go again! Let's do this! Let's play with it again! Play with it again and again and again!"

Yeah—we're gonna have fun! Gotta get to the fun! Gotta get to the fun!

Well it's a Friday too so this is... Take this fun message into the weekend!

Wow!

Thank you Jill! Thank you everyone!

Yes! Thank you Kim! Thank you everyone for listening!

Enjoy your weekends—and until next time!
