Hello, lovely listeners, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jo. Morning, everyone. It's Jill and Kim with One Harmonic Whole back for another little meeting podcast.
Today's topic is about dreams, and Jill and I both sleep in dreams. Yeah, yeah. Sleeping dreams. Jill and I both recognize that last night—well, I should back up a little bit—that we both were like, okay, I haven't been remembering dreams, but last night I had a crazy amount of dreams that I vividly remember. And Jill actually remembered a dream, a part of her dream, too. And I was like, whoa, okay, what's going on here? You had something very what I would call delightful in your dream.
Yeah, it actually was. And I don't—I actually am not like a big dream recaller. It happens to me. But I've always been fascinated by people who regularly recall and experience their sleeping dreams. I've done stuff in the past to encourage it, and I've never really been that successful with it. So I get glimpses typically and then an occasional detailed dream. That's my experience. And a lot of times when I just don't—I don't recall anything about it whatsoever.
And so waking up and even having this glimpse is always kind of a big treat for me, especially when it's a glimpse of what are—I recall being two absolutely ginormous trees. Like, think giant times a thousand. Like, these were huge. And all I remember is standing there and I saw one tree one direction and it was like I did a 180; I turned the other direction and then there was the other one and I just—from the bottom—and I looked up and I don't recall seeing the tops of the trees; I just recall seeing how—like soaking in how huge they were. And it was brief. That's it. That's all I remembered.
That is super cool.
Yeah.
Kim, you, however—and you often remember detailed dreams. So after I recalled this and knowing this show was coming up this morning to be recorded—you know, I did think—I was like, I wonder what Kim's been doing with dreams recently. That thought just crossed my mind, and then I forgot about it.
So we were chatting, Kim, and you brought up your dream, and I'm like, oh my God. That's right.
Yeah, it was—mine was not very nice. So I had woke up from one of my dreams and it was a little bit more scary for most people, I should say. You probably woke up in fear, in panic, and thinking that your body was being taken over by a demon.
Okay.
So in my dream, I was in an experience where there Was a haunted house. And I knew I was there. And I was trying to tell the people: don't move there—all the things came—and trying to show them that that place is haunted. And I remember kind of being a little freaked out in the dream but yet remaining calm in the dream.
But when I woke up, I could feel my body almost wanting to go into that fear state. And I wanted to go into the panic; and I wanted to go into like—is somebody in my room? Oh! Like the normal human mind experience with a bad dream.
And I woke up and I was just like: no! No one is coming into my body; I am whole! Jill—we talked about wholeness yesterday.
Yeah.
And it just crossed my mind what I said in the middle of the night.
Yeah.
Because I said: no!—I am whole! Very interesting—I did not ask for say Archangel Michael or Jesus or anybody to come protect me; literally stood my ground; said: no! You cannot come into my body! No! You cannot be here! You must go! You are not welcome here!
I got up—went to the bathroom because you know you wake up in the night—what do we have to do then? Now we have to pee because the body's like: oh you're awake—okay you're awake—yep!
So—I go to the bathroom—and went and lay back in bed—I just took a couple deep breaths—and said: okay I'm done with that dream; we can move on from that dream; don't need to repeat it; I'm good!
And then instead of saying—I didn't like that dream; don't want to go back into that dream like most of us have done—and then you go back into that same dream—and then you're like: why do I have the same dream? Keep going back into this fearful state in my dream—I set the intention: I'm done with that dream; I'm okay—we can move on!
And then—I did—I went into a different dream—and that one was a little bit different—but not as fearful or anything like that—and woke up—and had to like: oh well—that was different—but still not super calm—but yet—a whole lot calmer—and less fearful than the first one.
Yeah.
Wow! And not only that—by your setting that intention of no for that first dream—which was quite freaky from what I'm gathering here—like really could have shook you—that energy of that dream could have followed you into your day today—it could be vibrating in you—around you—you know—or it could take say—sounds like it's one of those dreams that could take a day or so to fully shake—
Yep!
And instead—you woke up—and you were like: no! You did that in real time—and love that where you said no—that you were whole—like because you're whole—because you're complete—because you're full—there is no room for that stuff—and it did have to go away—
And it's also—there's still no room in it for today—as you go on in your day—there's no room for that vibration in you—
What there's room for is what you—what you're—
Yeah
What you design—what you put your focus on—it should be—
Yeah
And we're talking—and there's a lot of things happening in the world right now—so there's an aspect of what—well what caused the dream—
And do feel that there is a portion of—with everybody's scare of what's happening in the world—and we have these hurricanes—we had some earthquakes yesterday—we had the government—and all these things that are happening—
And we can let that come into our dreams—we can let that influence our dreams—and our thoughts—and everything like that until we finally just say: no! No!
And it's all—it's fine—it's fine to let any of it in—it’s not like oh protect yourself keep it out—you don’t have to do any of that—you just tune in like you did Kim where you hit a point where you’re like: I'm done! This is—I’m at my limit! No more! Enough!
I do have to admit—I would have preferred the trees—that would be cool—
Yeah—the trees were pretty cool—
Yeah
Curious what other dreams everybody's been having—are they more vivid? Are you remembering dreams right now? Like what's going on with your dreams?
Yeah
Let us know exactly—we'd love to know—
Wonderful
Well thank you Kim—
Yeah thank you Joe—
Thank you everyone—
Yes thank you for listening—
Until next time
