Hello, lovely listeners and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. Good morning, everyone. It's Jill and Kim. When I'm on Nicole, today is going to be a little different for you. It's a, it's kind of a big, energetic day for a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot of people throughout the world. Just, lots of just say energy, movement, whether you want to perceive it as good, bad, ugly, peaceful, empowering. It's just a lot of energy wanting to move, move through the body and not remain stuck or we're trying to chill.

You talk a lot about the glue. The super. Super glue is what I call it. Yes. It's like all of those little webbings of the glue, the super glue, all the little webbings are just slowly melting away all around you. So what we're going to do today is be very quiet, but the messages are going to come through energy today.

So I want everybody to put on some earbuds or turn up your, your phone, your radio, wherever you're listening this from, wherever you're tuning in. So if you're not in a great space, just to be in the moment, getting away from distracted areas. So if you have your driving. Yeah. Yep. Come back later, hit pause, come back. Yeah, yeah.

So we want you to be in a place where you are comfortable, where you can just sit and breathe. Sometimes I think it's a shower. Yeah. I think it's fair to ask for. Would you agree, Kim, for silence. That's why you're saying, shut off radios. We're going. We're asking for silence. Yes.

Or as much silence as you can possibly muster. Yep. Okay, so now that you're. You found your spot, maybe you came back to the recording. Now you're here, you're present.

We're going to start off by. In your reality, your physical body, all you're going to take is some deep breaths. I'm not going to tell you to focus on them. I just want you to start breathing. If you want to breathe fast, breathe fast. If you will.

Go have fun with your breath. However you're feeling. Wow. Okay.

However you're feeling with your breathing, do it. If you're happy. Maybe you want to do shorter breaths. Maybe you want to do breaths that you're playing with the song.

Maybe you're just feeling very heavy today. Lots of emotions.

Those are going to be the longer, slower breaths.

And that's what I'm going to choose.

I start there.

Peace, peace, peace on.

Movement on.
