Hello, lovely listeners, and good morning, Kim. Good morning, Jill. The emphasis today is there. Today's message has a lot to do with waiting for somebody else to give an apology.

I'm saying this because I've noticed a pattern with people feeling stuck, like why am I not moving forward? Why do I still feel this way? And then we get talking and it comes down to, well, this person did this to me and do they not know how much that hurt me? And they want an apology. Some of them even want an apology from the other side—like somebody who's already passed over—and they literally cannot move forward with their life because they want that person on the other side to either know or apologize for something that they felt that other person did them wrong.

You know, my heart just cracks open with so much compassion for anyone who's waiting for an apology, if you will. Part of that is because I have done that in my life and I know how much waiting for an apology— I now know how much waiting for an apology can harm us and extend the hurt, the pain, and even amplify it. It's like, yeah, there's so much compassion because I can see myself in the past right in that.

Now understanding that, apology or not, it's my responsibility, if you will, to—what would I say—manage those things? At least I could say manage, I guess, so that they don't reharm me over and over and over again. I do that now, but I didn't used to. It's so painful to wait for an apology from someone because you have so little influence over that; literally the other person has hundred percent creative control over your life until they apologize.

Often when we're waiting for someone to apologize, we're waiting because they're not going to. We wouldn't be waiting if it was someone who understood apology—they would have apologized in a reasonable time frame in most cases. When someone understands the healing power of apology, they'll share one with you when it's needed because that's a loving thing to do. When they're not sharing it, it's because they really don't even understand the healing power of apology.

We are only responsible for ourselves. We're only responsible for our own actions and how we control our energy, our vibration, our thoughts. When you are sitting there waiting, you're almost letting go—you’re giving up your power, your energy to that other person and you're literally connecting cords to them.

I think what we're actually pointing to here in terms of a word is forgiveness. Forgiveness is often misunderstood in that we think we're forgiving the other person. While that may be true, healing us is the purpose of forgiveness. It stops that cycle of pain and recreating things.

I actually have tears in my eyes with this one today. You can just feel how so many people are just waiting—wanting or wishing, hoping for somebody or something to change in their life that they have no influence over. But what you do have control over is you: total creative control and influence over your own life. Complete and total—it’s all yours.

It's amazing when you really comprehend that and realize that no matter what happens in life, there's a way through it with the least amount of suffering. Pain is part of life; suffering—we are the ones that spin up pain into so much suffering—and that stuff hurts.

Waiting for someone to apologize is taking pain and turning it into suffering. When we've had enough, we forgive them. We don't necessarily forget that it occurred; it sits in our little data bank. We can still remember it but remember it with the forgiveness vibration—not with the pain vibration.

Oh—I feel so much better with this.

I do too—and I didn't even know I needed this. Right? I had a pressure like in my head this morning—interesting—it was really different—and I was like, what is that? And as we're talking this—in recording this, Kim—I can feel that pressure just releasing. I'm like, oh—I didn't even know I needed this.

I hope it's—

Yeah. Wow. This is kind of powerful.

I know—it’s very powerful. So there's definitely yet another powerful vibrational healing in this.

So words are not turned down—you know, you can even turn down the volume as we suggested before and just tune into the vibration.

This is powerful—this is healing.

Thank you, Jill.

Thank you everyone.

Yes—thank you Kim.

Thank everyone for listening. We're going into a weekend, so bring this powerful healing vibration with you into a lovely weekend.

Until next time.
