Intentionality, curiosity, and practice are the three core elements of achieving mindfulness. If you miss out on even one of these it would be difficult for you to reach that goal where you can easily manage being mindful despite the circumstances you are in.  This week's podcast took a deep dive into the practice of mindfulness with featured guest, Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang, a pulmonologist and cancer survivor. Dr. Liang shares her journey in medicine and and explains how her battle with cancer changed her mindset forever. From the struggles of chemotherapy to the internal and external battles she had to fight, her determination and courage to break free from inner constraints is nothing short of an inspiration.
