What to Expect When Booking an Intuitive Reading with Me

We are going to peek behind the curtains, and I'm going to walk you through what to expect.

If you choose to book a reading with me, the first thing to know about Intuitive readings with me is that I strive to create an inclusive, safe, and brave space.

Not only is the work we do together, and all the information shared during and after the reading confidential, but it is also a space where you will receive the same respect and attention regardless of your gender, your orientation, your ethnicity, or any other part of your identity.

The reading in itself lasts one hour, and most of the time I work remotely, which means I meet with my clients on zoom.

So, what happens during the actual session?

Right before it, I am going to pick several decks that I feel called to bring to the reading.

I typically use one tarot deck and I cycle between two for the most part because these two are especially good for client work.

And then the over 3 to 5 decks I will bring are Oracle decks.

I cycle more freely around my oracle decks because none of them is really not a right fit for any clients.

So, I really base that on my intuition and what I feel I should bring to work with that specific client that day.

At the beginning of the session, we are going to review whether the client has a specific topic in mind or as an open question of their choosing, if they are a little on the fence or unsure of what they're really looking for, we can spend a few minutes talking about it.

So, we make sure that we are on the same page about what they choose to have their reading focus on.

And if my clients are just unsure what to do, my go to prompt is what type of guidance could they use right now.

Whether you know either professional, personal, spiritual life, or any or all of the above, once we have agreed on a theme or an open-ended question, I am going to pull the initial cards which typically are tarot and Oracle mixed together.

Once I have pulled the initial cards, I am going to take a picture of them and share them with my clients because for them, having the picture usually makes it easier to follow along, even if I typically I'm going to show one card at a time on camera.

Then I am going to start sharing the insights I am getting from these first initial cards and we can start really talking about things because that's one thing I want you to know is I'm not here to just talk at you for one hour.

I really want it to be a conversation.

So, my clients know that.

And sometimes there's like, hey, I think I have some context for that, or do you think this might be in relation to X y Z?

And they share a little more compared to what I may have initially known about them.

And as we continue the discussion, I may be pulling additional cards just because I feel the need to from certain decks as we are talking, or sometimes my client also ask for clarification on a certain aspect of the initial reading.

And I will also add a few more cards and then share my insight on it so we can discuss it throughout the allocated hour.

Another thing that I do to make it a more immersive experience for my clients and help them stay present is to record a session this way.

If they want to take some notes, they're welcome to, but if they just want to be present in the conversation, they can do so because they will have permanent access to the recording afterwards.

Speaking of after the session, after we have completed our hour together, I will send you different files and links within 48 hours.

First of all, I will send you the pictures of both the initial cards and the additional ones that I have pulled during our time together.

I will also share the recording, and you will also get access to a 2-page PDF file where I share all the message from all the cards that we worked with, as well as five personalized reflection prompts so you can go deeper into the inside that you've gained from the reading.

When I started doing professional reading, I had a few clients really fall in love with some of the decks I use or be curious about what were my favorite tarot books.

So now I also make sure that I share the link to the page on my website that features all of my favorite tarot books and all of the decks that I use, which include my affiliate links.

So, if my clients want to purchase some of the decks for their own use, then they get to do that and find the reference easily.

And they can also choose to use my affiliate links, which is a win-win situation.
