It's time to ditch indoctrination and start deepening your intuition.

Are you over being mansplain and feeling stifled in your role as a professional woman or anywhere else in your life?

For centuries, the patriarchy has fucked us up.

This oppressive institution has damaged a lot of women's lives.

And even though there are still many oppressive systems, intersectional oppressive systems going on, there is some room to be able to reclaim our sovereignty.

I am calling all EMPRESS rebels who want to tap into their quirks, their strength, and explore what is on the other side.

I am calling all EMPRESS rebels who want to see what is on the other side, and with their magic and unique talents in ways that serve them and their communities in male dominated spaces.

It's my honor to introduce the EMPRESS framework that covers exploration, magic, pleasure, rebellion, expression, sisterhood, and sovereignty.

Let's get started.

The first step in the Empress framework is exploration because many of us feel that something is wrong and start questioning the patriarchal system sooner or later.

In this exploration, we really want to dig deep into what is our truth and what is not.

It is also a space and a time to really uncover our own biases and do the work to be able to be a better ally and support others.

Tapping into women-led intersectional resources can make a world of difference.

The second part of the Empress framework is magic.

Many people considered that, you know, being woo woo or spiritual or trusting your intuition as no place in business where everywhere everything should be purely scientific or data-centric.

The thing is that intuition and organizational processes are not mutually exclusive.

It's not you’re in one camp or the other, with no bridges in between.

On the contrary, being able to reconcile both can make a world of difference.

Maybe it's stepping into your intuition in little things for starters.

Maybe you want to tap into ancestral wisdom as well, because a lot of that has been passed on through centuries and has served women since the dawn of humankind.

The third element of the Empress framework is pleasure.

Although we talk a lot about rest versus work, there is an element that we don't talk about enough, and that is play.

And pleasure in a sexual or non-sexual way can play a critical role in play.

Being able to really explore what brings us pleasure in a way that is really true to ourselves, our desires, our preferences, whether we explore on our own or with partners can make a big difference in our enjoyment and fun in life and make us a more well-rounded being and find more fulfilment in professional and personal aspects of our day-to-day life.

The fourth part of the Empress framework is rebellion.

Yes, I'm a Star Wars fan in case you didn't know yet.

Rebellion is about making inform decisions and doing our own thing when we want to and where we are obviously able because of institutional oppression still going on.

Rebellion is also about embracing the multitudes we can hold.

And also, how can we impact and topple the system at our scale.

Maybe it's tiny things.

Maybe you're just going to help one person.

Maybe you're able to influence policies.

There are a lot of ways.

And it's also a way to remove us from the perfectionist trap where it's like you're not doing progress as you should. There is only one way to do it. If you're not doing it, then don't bother.

On the contrary, the rebellion really invites us to do what we can at our level.

And if we get more opportunities to embrace them.

The fifth part of the Empress framework is expression.

Expressing our truth, expressing our full self can have such a positive impact on our well-being, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Now, of course, it is not always safe to fully express ourselves in every aspect of our lives.

And this is something I really want us to keep in mind because at no point do I want you to make yourself unsafe.

This is really not what this work is about.

But even, you know, embracing your truth, even if it's inward and just by yourself, that can still help you move through in life more effectively.

And little by little, you may be able to express yourself more fully into one or more aspects of your life and environment.

And of course, there are different ways to express yourself.

It could be like in your inner world as well as outward signs that may be subtle or bolder.

The sixth part of the Empress framework is sisterhood.

I also want to point out that sisterhood here includes all women, cis women, trans women, non-binary women.

It's sisterhood with an S, not a C.

Sisterhood invites us to lean into intersectional feminism and voices and resources and support.

It is once again tying back to exploration and uncovering our own biases, acknowledging our privileges and uplifting voices that deserve it, that need it.

Because it's really about uplifting one another and also living in a state of reciprocity.

We are not here to wait for somebody else to educate us without putting the work in.

It is really about reciprocity and doing better when we know better.

And the final piece of the impressed framework is sovereignty.

We are here to explore and now own our truth.

We are here to embrace main character energy and reclaim the narrative of our lives.

It is all about making informed decisions because there is no one size fits all in here.

We all have our individual experiences that are shaped by our communities, our identities.

And we can come together while still owning our truth.
