Have you created change in your life lately? If so what, I want to hear about it.
As for me I really took a leap of faith and moved to a new state, embarking in a new career and launching my coaching business helping leader and entrepreneurs transcend their shame and unwanted behaviors.
My husband took a leap of faith and after 30+ years of working for himself he's utilizing all of years of experience and working for a fantastic organization that I believe will benefit from his years of hard work and integrity.
I have also decided to take on my weight and auto immune condition head on because I’m sick and tired of the yoyo.
Its 2023 and at times I feel like this world has lost its God forsaken mind, I don’t get political on this show so I wont but stuff is crazy and there is such an attack on the minds of our kids. So I am definitely praying for that, and it made me realize that a lot of this stuff happening in the world is causing this fear, anger, frustration and division.
Well I challenged myself to challenge myself and I moved out of the state I was born and raised in and went to a state where I don’t know much of anything, and as much anxiety as I had I realized that I love that I did it and can’t believe I waited this long.
So, it’s time to Adopt a mindset that embraces learning, resilience, and adaptability, if you haven’t done so already. Believe that you can grow, learn, and change. View obstacles and setbacks as opportunities for growth rather than as failures.
Whatever you have in your life right now is your comfort zone, because you have already obtained it. So, I am going to challenge you to step out of your comfort zone.
Here's a few things I had to challenge myself with
• When you step out of your comfort zone, you challenge your brain to form new neural connections and pathways. Embracing new experiences and pushing your boundaries can lead to increased cognitive flexibility and personal growth.
• Embrace Discomfort as a Catalyst for Growth: Stepping out of your comfort zone can feel uncomfortable and even anxiety-provoking, but worth it when you transcend that feeling. The idea of completely leaving your comfort zone can be overwhelming. Instead, start with small, manageable steps.
Gradually expand your comfort zone, this will lead to personal growth and new opportunities. Or don’t and stay where you are, that is an option, just not for me
Next week My lives will switch to the evening from 5pm CST / 6pm EST
