If you make your business too complicated you are going to have a yo-yo type of business. We do this not just in business but in our life.

In business it’s about processes: Some ways I’m stopping this yo-yo in your business:

-      Building a team: finding people that have the strengths you don’t have or don’t want to get into

-      Gain 3rd-party advice from professionals that can identify the warning signs,

-      Get Yourself away from the daily tasks that someone else can do for you that you don’t need to prioritize

If you are already on the track to success than you are:

·      Vision-driven

·      Able to outsource without fear or your own ego getting in the way

·      Able to “disconnect” emotionally and not take things in business personally

·      Working on projects that will build or scale your business regularly

·      Taking regular time outs to work ON your business and brainstorm ideas for new projects, products, services, etc.

·      Being a leader – embodying the qualities and values you preach, stepping into new territory regularly, expressing your truth without fear
