In today’s episode, Neena is joined by Epic, a motivational speaker. They talked about his journey from being a shy child to being a motivational speaker focusing on the youth. He also shares how he does his speeches so well despite being an introvert and how they are all based on his four important rules of life. 

Epic Sbu, born and raised in Lydenburg, South Africa, was raised by a single mother. He is A Motivational speaker and a life that’s all about empowering and encouraging people to become the best version of themselves.

Epic has always been an introvert. He has been misunderstood by a lot of people, from family, friends, and even his teachers. He was always told that he needed to open up more, talk more and be like the other kids. As he grew older, he became more mature and realized that there was nothing wrong with him. He was actually made to be like this for a special reason.

Earlier this year, he finally decided to step into his true purpose of being a Motivational speaker and a Life coach. He started his own Youtube channel, where he has been uploading videos based on anxiety and depression. Not only that, But he has also been on his First Primary school tour independently. In May 2021, he visited schools such as Marambane Primary School, Etheos Private School, Marifaan Primary School, and more.

His purpose in being a motivational speaker is to help people, especially kids like him, know that it’s okay to be an introvert and different and that they are not alone.
