In today’s episode, Neena chats with the Trauma Healer and Founder of Finding Feathers Wellness, Denise Lamoureux. They talk about their lives as children of trauma, relating to what each of them went through and everything that happened between trying to cope with and eventually overcoming their own traumas. Denise also shares her experiences when she first tried to deal with her trauma, how she created the Colette Technique, and how she helps children and adults alike to deal with and overcome their traumas and everything that comes with it.
Denise combined her education and knowledge in Western and Eastern medicine to create The Colette Technique for Core Trauma Healing. The Colette Technique helps people find freedom from long-term ailments, including anxiety, addiction, suicidal thoughts, cutting, weight gain or loss, autoimmune system illness, physical problems, and low self-esteem. It helps people expand into the life they desire. Healing trauma helps bring in love, joy, and abundance. Having found extraordinary results in her practice as a healer, she is also now an inspirational speaker and teacher.
